Vi fick en varm välkomnande av personalen som fick känna oss som hemma.
Pros:

Det var välstädat och tyst i boendet. Smidigt med att ha hotell, restaurang och pub i en och samma byggnad. God middag samt klassisk skotskt frukost!

Nous n'avons pas pu tester le petit déjeuner car nous sommes partis avant le début du service. En revanche le restaurant le soir était très bon.
Les chambres sont confortables.

Lovely old pub with great food and service
Pros:

Room was more than satisfactory but a bit plain.
Very old pub with squeaky floorboards and rickety windows, part of the charm. Noise from road but I always wear earplugs so not a problem.
Food in restaurant was excellent with friendly super efficient service despite being very busy.
Good bar for later again with friendly staff and friendly locals

Supertrevlig personal som var mycket hjälpsamma.
Trevligt och lugnt område. Restaurangens meny var prima. Nylagad frukost!
Mycket trevligt hotell. Kommer att besöka det igen om tillfälle ges.

If you’re looking for a comfortable hub in the central belt and enjoy delicious food, a warm welcome and friendly locals
Pros:

From the second we arrived to the moment we left, we were welcomed, offered help with our cases, held a garden table for dinner, offered water to take to our room at night. The waitress was so friendly and chatty. In the morning we met Fiona, the owner who introduced herself by name, was so lovely and happy to encourage chat with other guests.
The food at our evening meal and at breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
We had a very comfortable nights sleep, window open all night due to warm weather and couldn’t hear a sound all night.

Nothing not to like!!

A perfect stay to finish our Scotland trip.
Pros:

A hidden gem we stumbled upon by accident. From the moment we arrived we felt so welcomed. Everything was perfect. A 400 year old hotel that was full of charm and old world hospitality. Amazing staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Great dinner and breakfast.
