Het ligt op een goede locatie.
De WIFI werkt niet op de bovenste verdieping. De kamer is erg klein en verouderd. Als je een half jaar vantevoren boekt verwacht je niet weggestopt te worden op een zolderkamertje.
Great pub great atmosphere great staff
Could only feel springs on the mattress so not a good night's sleep
Camera con letto a baldacchino. Ottima per 4 persone
Tutto ok
Helpful and friendly staff
Access to the Peak District and lovely village to stay in.
Bedroom window was next to upstairs seating area.. so had to keep curtains closed. Bathroom was run down and shower was poor.
Always nice to stay above a pub and walk up stairs to bed.
A little updating and maintenance wouldn’t go a miss but didn’t affect our break.
Great location in lovely village, very friendly & helpful staff. We had an lovely home-cooked evening meal (book because it can get busy)
It’s location is great and the staff are so friendly and helpful
Rooms could do with a bit of TLC but they were clean
We enjoyed our stay and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. but was disapointed with our room, although it was clean it was very small. The shower was as old as the building with all the enamal round it was all peeling off the cold tap hardly worked and sprayed out the hot tap was on the wrong way round. We felt it all needed to be updated we also thought the bed head and bottom base was to big for the room and mattress was uncomfortable Hope you take these comentents to be honest and helpful
As above
good staff and service , very good value
nothing
Location, clean & dog friendly rooms & nice food & friendly staff
Very squeaky bed as some of the lats had come loose ! This can be easily fixed by the owner
Everything about our stay was brilliant. Buxton and Bakewell within easy reach. Tideswell a lovely village with adequate ammenities.
Having to come home.
A delightful pub set in a beautiful, well-kept village.
My room was clean and well-serviced.
My room was overlooked by a staircase and a balcony with outdoor seating. Privacy could only be maintained by drawing the curtains or a heavy blind, blocking out all daylight. A net curtain would have made a huge difference.
The shower room, although very clean, was in need of some upgrading and decorating. The mattress was well worn and a little lumpy.
Lovely room. Location is fab
nothing to dislike
