Surfaces were clean, but the bathroom had mold in the ceiling. The environment is loud in general (traffic, fans, people from other rooms). Bring earplugs.

Gute Lage, Service und Kommunikation nicht zeitgemäß. Schade.

Die Lage ist hervorragend.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber.

Cons:

Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht. Dieser war in der Buchung als „Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit“ aufgeführt aber schlicht nicht vorhanden. Die freundliche Dame des Hauses meinte, sie würde sich darum kümmern. Nichts geschah. Mehrere Versuche über email eine Entschädigung zu fordern blieben unbeantwortet.
Clever wäre eine Art Gutschein für einen Rabatt bei erneuter Buchung gewesen. Hätte das Hotel nicht in den Ruin geführt und ich hätte der Unterkunft noch eine Chance gegeben. So aber werde ich zukünftig andere Hotels in Tübingen buchen.
Außerdem ist es sicherlich schwierig, Zimmer im Dachgeschoss bei weit über 30 grad ohne Klimaanlage in Zukunft zu vermieten. Ich verstehe jedoch den hohen Investitionsaufwand.
Bitte nicht falsch verstehen. Balkon oder nicht. Das ist sicherlich ein Langer Luxusproblem. Aber so geht man bei dem Preis nicht mit Gästen um.
Und das habe ich bisher auch noch nicht erlebt.

Parkhaus direkt am Hotel, Zimmer mit schönem Balkon. Keine Klimaanlage aber Ventilator der etwas geholfen hat im Zimmer. Flasche Mineralwasser für jeden Gast. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Bad etwas klein und mit Glasschiebetür dient nicht der Privatsphäre.
