Perfect! I'd do it again anytime
Pros:

I've never rated a hotel this high before. Not even in Switzerland. This is on a residential street w no traffic but within waking distance of everything. The hosts are warm and inviting, the location couldn't be more perfect. (In a walking neighborhood but still so close to everything!). I went to paraglide in the day and found many bars in the evening v to enjoy.

The hosts here went out of their way to make it home. It felt like I was where I should be. Seriously the best hotel I've ever been at.

Amazing staff, peaceful and restful stay!
Pros:

We were in the apartment next to the hotel. It was air conditioned, had a kitchen, and beds were comfortable. Staff was amazing and helpful. We used the laundry facilities too when h were very nice.

We loved everything about the property.

It felt like stepping into a graceful, heartwarming film — and we didn’t want it to end.

We stayed here for three nights. The moment we stepped through the door of Swiss Inn, it felt like walking into a scene from an old film — wooden stairs, a sunlit garden, quietly blooming flowers on the windowsill. Everything was just right. The room was bright, clean, and every corner was carefully taken care of, making us want to stay longer.

But what truly made this place special was Veronica. She showed me that elegance has nothing to do with age. She wears a well-pressed shirt, gold-rimmed glasses, and a delicate watch on her wrist. Her hair is always neatly combed, her voice is soft yet clear, and she explained everything with such patience and care. Being treated with such warmth and attention felt truly precious during our travels. Because of her, our time in Interlaken became more complete and more beautiful.

If you are planning to visit Interlaken, I would highly recommend staying here. It is more than just a hotel — it is a place that makes you want to stop, slow down, and simply be❤️

Cons:

Nothing at all — everything was absolutely lovely. The room was spotless, the garden was peaceful, and Veronica’s warm hospitality made us feel truly at home.
