Characterful, peaceful and welcoming. Pleasant room, comfortable bed, lovely river and woodland views.

Cons:

The "deluxe" room was fairly standard, paintwork and carpet a bit tired, and only one chair for two people.

Pros:

Lovely setting and friendly staff

Cons:

The bed was so creaky, every time there was a movement it woke me up which means I didn’t have a great sleep. I think the beds need updating. The breakfast was only ok.

Well worth a visit
Pros:

Our whole experience at this hotel was amazing,Lisa at reception was so friendly & welcoming. Niall at the bar another friendly staff member & the breakfast crew couldn't fault the hotel & staff.Keep ip the great work.

Pros:

Nice old period house. Good new bathrooms. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

On the river but not much in the hotel itself to do. Had a room at the top of the house and it felt a bit too old and could benefit from some upgrades.
