Die Lage ist gut, weil zentrumsnah.

Das ist kein Hotel sondern eine Zimmervermietung der schlechtesten Kategorien, die man sich vorstellen kann. Service gab es nur einmal in Form von Empfang beim Einchecken. Danach nichts. Keine frischen Handtücher, kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort - die Rezeption war nie besetzt, außer einmal, als eine Gruppe junger Erwachsener im Rezeptionsraum saß, die fern geschaut hat. Als wir in diesem Moment zum "Hotel" zurückkamen und ich die verantwortliche junge Frau daran erinnerte, dass wir seit 2 Tagen auf frische Handtücher warten, brachte sie uns zwei Handtücher anstatt vier, weil "keine mehr da sind". Wir nutzten also die selben Badetücher durchgehend für vier Tage. Das Angebot, dass wir wegen eines Frühstückswunsches auf sie zukommen können, konnte gar nicht genutzt werden, weil nie jemand da war. Wir mussten die Unterkunft permanent durch die Hintertür betreten oder verlassen, weil die offizielle Vordertür immer abgeschlossen war. Im Bad keine einzige Ablagemöglichkeiten und kein Fenster, dafür PVC-Boden durchgehend, der höchst rutschig ist nach dem Duschen, da keine Feuchtigkeit entweichen kann und der Duschbereich nicht richtig abgegrenzt ist. Natürlich waren unsere Handtücher immer klamm, weil keine Luftzirkulation möglich war. Katastrophal und nie wieder!!

Das Bett ist für den Raum zu groß und die Kissen extrem hart!
Darüber hinaus sind die oder der bellende Hund für einen ausgewogenen Schlaf unmöglich.
