Nagyon jó helyen volt.
Nagyon szimpatikus és segítőkész volt a személyzet.

Cons:

Véletlenül dohányzó szobába kerültem, és nem volt elég friss az illata. Apróbb karbantartások már szükségesek.

Pros:

Хубав хотел в центъра на стария град, красива сграда. Много добро разположение — в самия център на стария град, близо до стари църкви и параклиси. Също наблизо е пътечката за Асеновата крепост. Настанявахме в достатъчно голям джуниър суит с тераса и комплект винтидж мебели (нещо като арт деко). Всичко е в духа на названието "Стари времена". В стаята и баня беше чисто и комфортно. Много приятен персонал! Забравих в хотела обектив от фотоапарата, писах им и те любезно се съгласиха да ми го изпратят на адреса ми.

Cons:

Завесите са тънки и сутрин в стаята е доста светло. Само това мога да отбележа.

Bardzo ladny obiekt, swietnie polozony w spokojnej dzielnicy. Pokoj wygodny i dobrze wyposazony, lazienka super, z wanna, bardzo czysta. Pokoj mial tez balkon, idealne rozwiazanie do wieczornego wypoczynku. Personel bardzo mily i komunikatywny.

Pros:

Sehr ruhige Lage, trotzdem zentral gelegen. Fußläufig war man in 10 Minuten im Zentrum. Parkplatz vor der Tür, freundliches Personal und sehr bequeme Betten.
Würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

Cons:

Für Westeuropäer wäre es hilfreich mehr Infos im Hotel auf Englisch zu haben, nicht nur in Kyrilisch.
Ich verstehe einwenig Bulgarisch, auch die Schrift und tue mir daher leichter, aber für Touristen wäre es angenehmer.

Бравата към терасата беше счупена и спахме на отключено,Ваната в банята се държеше на магия,косми в банята дълги,черни,а аз съм блондинка и няма как да са от мен.За съжаление беше и доста повърхностно почистено,трябваше сама да чистя баня,дистанционни.Жалко за базата,замислено е добре,но не се поддържа.
