Pros:

Nice room and location, but mainly very attentive owners who let me check in quite early and let me extend my stay easily. It was a pleasure to stay :)

A pleasant 3 nights. Excellent customer service.
Pros:

The owner Ahmed is a superstar. Incredibly helpful from start to finish. He is exactly what you can expect from a 5* hotel manager. A very kind person who goes above and beyond.
The hotel location is very close to the train station (3 minute walk), some restaurants, ATM, convenience stores and local bars.
Ahmed arranged my airport pick up and 2 private cars to Ajanta and Ellora for a fair price. Thanks again, Ahmed!

Cons:

The hotel rooms, although clean enough for me, could benefit from a deep clean in some areas of the bathroom, a lick of paint and perhaps a slight upgrade on the bedding.
This place has good potential so with a little investment in some of the amenities, and with Ahmed on the desk, it could certainly justify the price tag and charge even more.

Descent place, lovely helpful staff
Pros:

The room was decently sized and the cupboard was lockable and large. Sheets were clean and sufficient. The staff helped organise food and a tour and that was super helpful. The driver was great. Airport Pickup was positive.

Cons:

The floor accumulated dust and the staff had to clean it after I got there. The hot water was intermittent warm but I didnt need hot water anyway, it was warm. There was no kettle. There was a strange unpleasent chemical smell possibly from the trains or cleaning chemicals.

High room rent was not justified with the quality of amenities, size of the room and facilities.

Bonne expérience pour un court séjour
Pros:

Hôtel familial à l'équipement simple mais fonctionnel et propre, chambre assez spacieuse, convient bien pour un séjour de quelques jours. Proche de la gare et des commerces/restaurants, également pratique pour accéder facilement au bus stand d'où partent les bus pour Ajanta et Ellora. Le propriétaire est sympathique et extrêmement serviable, merci encore de m'avoir accompagnée pour prendre mon bus de nuit pour la prochaine destination.

Cons:

La rue principale sur laquelle donne l'hôtel est relativement bruyante et assez poussiéreuse, le cadre n'est pas attrayant mais il faut faire abstraction de ce désagrément.

Pros:

Good location, less than 5 min to the train station. They allow us to do an early check in. If you need a driver to Ellora or Ajanta caves they will get you one for a good price

Pros:

オーナーとその弟はとても親切です。事前にWhatsAppでやり取りしてアジャンター石窟院へのタクシーチャーターを空港から手配してもらえたので楽に移動できました。とても快適だったので翌日のエローラ石窟群へのチャーターも手配してもらいました。ホテルの部屋は広かったです。

Cons:

ホテル自体の問題ではありませんが、駅に近いという立地は鉄道利用者には便利ですが、人が集まるところには路上生活者も多くいるので道が臭かったです。

dreadful place to be avoided

Cons:

very bad location in the middle of nowhere, no facilities nearby, no places to eat or anything, it's located literally along the very busy. Everything in the room was old, ruined, falling apart and had stains. Very very noisy, you can hear the trains passing from one side of the hotel and motos / cars on the other side. In the night they let random people to sleep on the floor next to the reception, so it doesn't feel safe. We were supposed to stay there for 3 nights, but escaped after the fist one.
