Really nice welcoming family.
Always greeted with a smile by all.
Gave some delicious sweet treats as well which was nice.
Even had a surprise tuk tuk pick me up from the bus.
Comfortable bed a and pillows .
Spotlessly clean.

The property is very beautiful! The staff make you feel so welcome and like you are part of their family. They spoiled me! The bed was also soooo comfortable and the showers were hot! The rooms are a bit small but it’s not a big deal. The location is perfect too!

Very clean and comfortable stay, but what makes it outstanding - the service. You can’t even say it’s a service, because this people try to make it feel like home - even better. They go far and beyond with every aspect of your stay and that’s amazing.
They take care of everything, transfer to/from hotel, tours around Battambang, welcome drink/fruits, small gifts everyday, anything you need - they can do this.

The property was stunning, the rooms were modern and clean. The staff were incredible. They surprised me by having a complimentary driver waiting to pick me up at the bus stop. Once at the property they greeted me with a welcome drink, dessert and fruit. They organised a full day tour with a driver January. He was the best, he had so much knowledge and I learnt and got to see so much. When I got back from my day trip they let me utilise a spare space to have a shower and relax before catching the night bus. I had the best experience here and cannot recommend it enough.

Un grand merci à Moon et à sa famille pour leur accueil des plus chaleureux. Une chambre spacieuse, une belle piscine pour se relaxer après nos journées d’excursion, et beaucoup de petites attentions tout au long de notre séjour. On s’y sent vraiment comme à la maison ! Un grand merci également à M. Khem Ry (+855 17 41 32 23), notre guide et chauffeur pendant ce séjour. Il nous a permis de véritablement découvrir Battambang et ses alentours, bien au-delà des lieux touristiques. Toujours souriant, bienveillant et disponible, il a largement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Une très belle rencontre que nous recommandons chaleureusement !

Die Gastgeber:in sind außerordentlich nett und hilfsbereit.
Wir haben einen Nachtbus gebucht und sie haben uns sogar angeboten noch duschen gehen zu können.
Das Zimmer war perfekt, es wurde an alles gedacht.

Weiche Matratze, es ist leise und sogar ein Luftbefeuchter wegen der Klimaanlage!

Endroit exceptionnel, oasis de paix fort agréable où il fait bon retourner après une journée d’exploration. L’accueil est tellement chaleureux, mon séjour a été ponctué de petites attentions et je remercie sincèrement les hôtes pour leur gentillesse et leur dévouement. J’y retournerais assurément sans hésiter!

Jedno z nejlepších ubytování při našem cestování Kambodžou. Velmi příjemný a nápomocný personál, krásný a čistý pokoj s pohodlnou postelí. Super lokalita v klidnější ulici, bezproblémové půjčení skútru přímo od ubytování a jako dárek domácí dortík/buchta přímo od majitelky - moc dobrá!

Es ist ein familiengeführtes 3 Sterne Hotel und keine 4 Sterne Hotelkette und das merkt man in jeder Hinsicht.
Die Familie zeichnet sich mit vielen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten aus und ich habe auch das Gefühl, dass sie sich mit den Bewertungen ständig versuchen zu verbessern.
Ich habe mich in jedem Fall sehr wohl gefühlt und behalte die Unterkunft in bester Erinnerung.
Das Hotel eignet sich besonders, wenn man die Stadt und Umgebung erkunden möchte.

Super schönes und sauberes Hotel! Die Zimmer waren super schön, sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Auch die Pool Anlage lädt zum entspannen an heißen Tagen ein.
Wenn man mit ein bisschen laufen kein Problem hat ist die Lage auch sehr gut, man kann in 10 Minuten das Stadtzentrum mit vielen Restaurants erreichen. Die Unterkunft stellt auch kostenlose Fahrräder zur Verfügung die man nutzen kann.
Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Las instalaciones eran nuevas estaba cuidado y estaba todo muy limpio. El personal fue muy acogedor, muy amable y muy dispuesto a ayudar.

Muni was so green and inviting, a good exterior and a convenient location
