Flotte rom og hyggelig personal med god service og ett stort smil.
-Ofte kun en heis i drift og ble derfor ofte stående og vente på heisen. (Forsto i ettertid at politikere hadde leid hele hotellet etter vi dro og personalet måtte bruke heis for å gjøre i stand til celebre gjester).
-Man fikk også levert ut kun en toalettrull om gangen, passet dårlig når familiemedlemmer ble matforgiftet etter å ha spist ute.
-Var ikke lov å få isbiter i glass med på rommet.

A city-view hotel room where we stayed one night. The hotel offered a convenient service, friendly staff, great location, good breakfast, and two adjacent rooms so we could be near our frienda at another rooms. Rooftop swimming pool and sky bar in the evening is recommend to relax after you're tired day.
The cleanliness, hotel itself is clean but the road and area around seems dusty.
Untill visit to clarify that this is a fabulous city hotel and good to visit, lovely room with city view, free wifi, friendly staff, good breakfast and syk bar is stunning view of the city. Recommend

A 4 star city hotel with tallest building and best location by the market and near the river, beautiful room with nice view on higher floor, friendly front desk staff, rooftop swimming pool with sky bar.
Wifi unstable, unless in lobby, restaurant and rooftop.
Perfect for a confirm stay, helpful staff even their English not quite fluent, but no worry it is not their first language. In overall a comfort stay.
The location made it easy to explore the city. The room was clean and comfortable with stunning view, while the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and good breakfast too, ensuring a truly pleasant and memorable stay throughout.
In the heart of Battambang, this lovely hotel with peaceful room design, nice view for higher floor, and friendly staff impressed us. We especially enjoyed sipping cocktails while taking in breathtaking sunset views from the vibrant rooftop sky bar. Great one you should visit.
