We had no water, bathroom had bad smells, like sewage, we got no soap for the bathroom.

Супер мръсно,неудобно,неработещи контакти,осветление.Закуската беше ужасна,пародия на закуска.Сутринта дори нямаше вода.По мръсен хотел не сме посещавали.

It was a pleasant stay, enough for a night or 2 just to explore the town centre.
Pros:

At the town centre. Walkable to the mall and other important buildings.

Cons:

Communication is a bit of challenge. Only limited staff speaks conversational english. But anyway thanks to google translate.

Pros:

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld lief sehr gut. Auf meine Anfragen wurde sofort geantwortet. Ich hatte um Reservierung eines Parkplatzes aufgrund meiner Gehbehinderung gebeten. Mein Parkplatz war wie gewünscht reserviert, das war für mich sehr wertvoll. Unser Zimmer war schön groß, die Betten hatten eine gute Qualität, wir konnten trotz unserer orthopädischen Probleme gut darin liegen. Auch das Bad war ausreichend groß und bis auf den Duschschlauch, der leider nicht ganz dicht war und in alle Richtungen gespritzt hat, hat alles gut funktioniert und das Wasser war schön warm. Im Hotel gab es einen Aufzug, der gut funktioniert hatIn dem Hotel waren im April nur wenige Gäste anwesend. Trotzdem war für uns um 7 Uhr bereits durch den netten jungen Angestellten ein hervorragendes, kleines Frühstücksbuffet vorbereitet. Neben dem normalen Standards gab es Schweinebraten mit Kartoffeln, leckeres Rührei mit Schinken, Spiegeleier, gebratenes Brot eine Art Slivovic, einen Schnaps auf einem Frühstücksbuffet, lokale Wurstspezialitäten, Kuchen, Joghurt, hausgemachte Marmelade sowie guten Kaffee.Der junge Mann, der wieder das Frühstücksbuffet und die Rezeption gleichzeitig betreute, war wieder super nett und aufmerksam, sehr fleißig und sprach gut deutsch. Über die im Zimmer vorhandene Gideonbibel haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Ich hatte in dem Hotel etwas vergessen, mir wurde sofort zugesagt, dies für mich aufzubewahren. Bis auf das kleine Manko mit dem Duschschlauch war es wieder ein hervorragender Aufenthalt und wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen.

Számomra kiváló, nem először választottam.
Pros:

A reggelinél volt választék. A szálloda a belvárosban van. ahol minden közel van.

Cons:

A manzárdszoba ablaka magasan volt és nem lehetett kilátni az ablakon.
