木がたくさんあり、自然を感じられるところが良かったです。市場から近く、お寺も近かったので立地もとても良かったです。

Het hotel ligt in een fijne en gezellige wijk. Kamertje is prima. Kamer werd fijn schoongemaakt elke dag.
Toen we aankwamen in de avond na een lange reis was er geen flesje water in het koelkastje klaargezet. Dit moet natuurlijk niet maar was wel fijn geweest. De douchestraal was ook een beetje zacht. Er staat dat er ontbijt wordt gegeven, maar dit is niet zo.
I liked everything about this villa but i could stay in it for long because i accidentally booked without AC but the owner was kind enough to refund my money, i would definitely come here again and book a room with AC

Das Türschloss klemmt extrem. Toilette hat keinen Abzug. Das Waschbecken läuft schlecht ab. Würde mich dort nicht wieder einziehen. Sauberkeit sieht anders aus.

The location is perfect. It is very close to many wonderful cafes and the Kalm Village. Baba Pim is in the best location within The Old Town. Walking distance to Thae Pae Gate and great for our visits to the best dentist. Pim our host and owner is so helpful and generously offers advice on everything. We would definitely come back here again when in Chiang mai.

Location was great, we could walk to a couple of breakfast, cafe, and restaurant options just down the street. You're going to need the cafe across the villa for better wifi, trust me.
The standard room that we got is badly designed - when you're done with the toilet bowl expect to walk across the room to wash your hands at the sink. The toilet has no exhaust fan as well, just four walls and nowhere for dampness to go. Nowhere to hang towels, no proper table surfaces to have a meal indoors. The main shared area in the villa is absolutely stunning, and sadly the best spot for strong wifi. It's close to impossible to get consistent, strong wifi when you're in the room. The airconditioning is very reliant on whether other guests are home too, sometimes you'll have close to no aircon and other times it'll be very strong. The villa is likely run by the owners who have their own eccentric rules which you'll have to abide by - it feels like having a nagging mother in law. Have fun.
