Pour dormir quelques heures avant de vite partir

C'est sur une autoroute et ce n'est donc pas l'endroit le plus accueillant. Néanmoins, les chambres donnant sur l'arrière du bâtiment avec vue sur la forêt sont très calmes.

A peaceful and Pet-friendly stay

Excellent stay! The hotel is quiet, clean, and perfect for a stop during a long journey. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. One of its biggest strengths is that it is truly pet-friendly: my dog was welcomed with the same kindness and care as we were. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming to both guests and their four-legged companions. We had a wonderful experience

We needed a room with air conditioning as we both have medical problems and there was a heatwave.

Ik verblijf regelmatig in hotels voor mijn werk als chauffeur, maar dit was helaas een van de slechtste ontvangstervaringen die ik ooit heb meegemaakt.

Bij aankomst was het totaal onduidelijk waar de ingang van het hotel zich bevond. Ik heb meerdere keren gebeld voor hulp. De medewerkster nam de telefoon op, sprak uitsluitend Duits en verbrak vervolgens meerdere keren het gesprek zonder mijn probleem op te lossen.

Na ongeveer 30 minuten zoeken en wachten wees iemand mij uiteindelijk de juiste ingang. Daar bleek dezelfde medewerkster zowel de receptie als de bar te bedienen. Toen ik wilde inchecken, negeerde zij mijn vragen meerdere keren. Toen ik vroeg waarom zij mijn telefoontjes had afgebroken, gaf zij toe dat zij dat had gedaan omdat zij het druk had.

Wat mij het meest stoorde was haar houding. Ze was onvriendelijk, onprofessioneel en totaal niet behulpzaam. Op een locatie waar veel internationale reizigers verblijven, mag je op zijn minst verwachten dat een receptionist basiscommunicatie in het Engels kan voeren of op een respectvolle manier probeert te helpen.

De kamer zelf was in orde, maar de service bij aankomst was zeer teleurstellend en absoluut niet gastvrij.

Na 22:00 niet boeken of aankomen!

We hebben hier niet overnacht want 2 receptie mogelijkheden waren gesloten en de derde (!) was ontbindbaar.

Cons:

Wij waren er rond 22:30. Receptie bij hotel gesloten. Self check in onbereikbaar. Telefoon, 2 nummers werd niet opgenomen. Derde Receptie was niet te vinden. Zeer onduidelijk ! Bij elkaar een uur tijd gekost! Verblijf gecanceld en een ander hotel geboekt.
