Vale muchísimo la pena.
Pros:

Este hotel no merece 5 estrellas, merece 10. De verdad, nos encantó todo.

La decoración es preciosa, todo súper limpio, bien organizado, la comida muy rica y el precio nos pareció excelente para todo lo que ofrece. Pero lo mejor de todo, sin duda, fue el trato de las personas del hotel.

Desde que llegamos nos hicieron sentir súper bien, siempre atentos, amables y preocupados por que tuviéramos la mejor experiencia posible. Se nota cuando alguien hace su trabajo con cariño, y aquí lo sentimos en cada detalle, desde el primer día hasta el último.

Este viaje era muy importante para nosotros y, sinceramente, haber elegido este hotel hizo que fuera todavía más especial. Solo puedo agradecerles de corazón por todo el cariño y la atención que tuvieron con nosotros.

Si alguien está pensando en quedarse aquí, de verdad, no lo duden. Vale muchísimo la pena.

Cool traditional option in a great location
Pros:

Excellent location literally two minutes walk from either the harbour or the historic centre of Ciutadella. Quiet area with street parking available and a nearby taxi rank.

Very helpful staff led by Angela who provides an excellent breakfast.

This is a traditional building similar to a riad, meaning that it bewould be cool in the hotter weather but not all rooms can offer a view from the building.

Cons:

Very little. Missed being able to make a cup of tea in the room. We booked the terrace option but be aware that it lacks privacy as shared with an adjacent room.
