Amazing peaceful location. Very nice and welcoming hosts. Delicious breakfast. The hosts went out of their way to make the stay comfortable. I even got served a homemade lunch with a glass of wine, though they dont formally do lunches. The family has its own vineyard so they sell wine, honey and local items. Everything is very clean and the common area is stylish and lovely. Bedrooms are good size just don't expect luxury, bathrooms are clean and basic. For me, it was a perfect spot.

Понравилось все!!!Расположение- шикарная природа вокруг, Проживание- везде чистота и уют!!! Еда--- вкусно не реально!!!! А самое главное это--- хозяйка Майя, -- человек с большим добрым сердцем!!!! Всем советуем!!! Обязательно приедем ещё!!!!!!

Отличное расположение, место тихое и спокойное. Удобно для поездок на машине по достопримечательностям - недалеко и Цинандали, и Кварели, и Алаверди. Прекрасные разнообразные завтраки - вкусно, сытно, обалденное варенье, отличный кофе из кофемашины. Просторное, уютное помещение для завтраков, где можно попить чай и кофе в любое время. Хорошие матрасы, подушки, одеяла. Большое спасибо Майе и Зурабу за наш отличный отдых!

The owner was the nicest one I've met!! She made breakfast every morning and made sure she satisfied everthing I needed!! I would love to come back and stay here again!! Very good energy and always available. The friendly doggo there made everything 5x better. Highly reccomend.

The owner Maya was extremely friendly, made us exceptionally good food, and took care of us in a lovely, welcoming way. We felt so at home and happy!

Incredible hotel with the most genuine and kind owners.
Breakfast is fully sourced from locally produced food, and you can buy some products, and even cosmetics that have been locally made as well.

Very friendly hosts, clean and neat rooms, very comfortable accommodation. Perfectly located near lopota resort, so you can stay here and enjoy Lopota :) Great delicious breakfast. Highly recommend this place!

It was a small but most fabulous place, I've been to. The hosts were fantastic! I was on business trip attending an event at Lopota Lake and instead of staying there I opted for this small but comfortable hotel and I will be coming and staying here in the future, whenever I have a chance.
