Pros:

The staff were welcoming, the room clean the location nice and central and we had a nice roof terrace and a kettle with complementary teas and coffee...

Cons:

The air conditioning wasn't the best but was being repaired so shouldn't be a problem in the future... The fridge was very small and didn't cool very well.

Pros:

La habitación estaba bien, era pequeñita pero era bastante cómoda.

Cons:

Lo que “menos” me gustó de alojamiento es la ubicación. Se encuentra en el casco antiguo de Ciutadella, por lo que ahí, no tienes ninguna zona para aparcar. Por la calle de atrás si puedes aparcar pero es zona azul, tienes que estar todo el día pendiente y pagando el parking. Por la noche era imposible aparcar. Desde las 19:00 no movíamos el coche ya que, después, era imposible encontrar aparcamiento.

Nice, clean and modern room. Very kind staff, flexible check-in time. Excellent location, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The AC in the room was somehow inefficient, it took 5-6 hours to cool down this small room. Maybe it would just need some maintainance.
