We hadden 1 kamer geboekt, 1 nacht, voor 2 volwassenen en 2 tieners, voor bijna €300.. Hotel zou aan het water liggen, maar in plaats van aan het water ligt het vast tussen een drukke weg en een treinrail, dus continu herrie. Op het moment van inchecken wordt gezegd dat er iets mis is gegaan met de boeking, want er is geen familiekamer, en we moeten maar een tweede kamer erbij boeken. Kosten: bijna €200! Toen we aangaven dat we dan graag ons geld terug wilden van de kamer die we al hadden geboekt, werd gezegd dat dat niet mogelijk was. Als we wilden overnachten, was dat alleen mogelijk als we de extra kamer erbij boekten. Vreselijke service! Wij zijn op zoek gegaan naar een ander hotel, die wél aan het water lag. Was uiteraard last minute, dus opnieuw €400. De ruim €300 bij dit hotel hebben we niet terug gekregen.

Die Lage gut, aber der Zug war laut. Bei meiner Tochter war in einem Zimmer auf dem Gang die ganze Nach lärm.

Schön eingerichtet, sehr nettes Personal was uns sogar einen Platz in der Garage für die E-Bikes freigeräumt mit Lademöglichkeit.

Moderne Zimmer, bequeme Betten, ein reichhaltiges Frühstück, nettes Personal
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr modern aber einfach eingerichtet. Das Bett war bequem. Frühstück war ausgiebig und gut und das Personal war immer nett.

Cons:

Für den Preis hätte ich eine kleine Geste vom Hotel wie zB eine Flasche Wasser oder Kaffee auf dem Zimmer erwartet. Leider ist die Erreichbarkeit mit dem ÖV nicht ganz so gut. Es gibt einen Bus der in ca 10 Minuten Fussweg abfährt.

Practical location at the entry of Montreux.
Pros:

The hotel is quite old but well maintained and super clean. The breakfast was good and the staff very friendly.

Cons:

There was no airco in the room . The hotel provided 2 fans. Luckily at night the temperature outside dropped considerably so the room temperature was ok.

Für Dienstreisen die absolute Empfehlung!
Pros:

Es gibt einen großen Parkplatz, saubere Zimmer und freundliches Personal. Das Bad war modern und bei 34 Grad war die Klimaanlage im Zimmer genial. Hervorragendes Frühstück!

Cons:

Relativ laut durch die Straße und etwas abgelegen.
