Pros:

Este relativ aproape de gara, acesta fiind motivul pentru care am preferat această cazare. Deoarece am ajuns noaptea târziu, sistemul self check-in a fost un avantaj.
Camera este confortabila, curățenia exemplară. Zona linistita.

Cons:

Nu as alege aceasta cazare daca as veni in Constanța pentru plajă.
Deși v-ar putea speria ideea ca este aproape de un cimitir, nu consider asta deranjant. Nu e chiar atât de aproape din punctul meu de vedere. Totuși, priveliștea către curțile neamenajate ale vecinilor nu reprezinta un atu al acestei proprietăți.
