Pros:

Beliggenheten og rommet var utmerket.
En moderne, rolig ventilator skapte et godt og kjølig inneklima, selv om det var varmt ute.
Jeg hadde fantastisk utsikt over elva.

Cons:

Alt var som beskrevet i annonsen.
På grunn av bevaring av kulturminner er det ikke lov hverken å installere klimaanlegg eller heis.
OBS! Trappene er veldig bratte!

It is ok for a nights stay if you are in a hurry to get a place to sleep but there are better options for the same price
Pros:

Everything was clean and tidy. Good bed and good TV.

Cons:

Breakfast was just a package that I had to get from a fridge downstairs with two sandwiches, some fruit, yoghurt, snack, water and juice for 19,50. No coffee or tea. The furniture of the room was outdated.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient with a few quirks to be aware of
Pros:

The hotel is in a very nice location overlooking the canal and in walking distance from plenty of shops, restaurants, etc. The bed was very comfy. The breakfast seemed pricey but was extensive and delicious. Very friendly, multilingual, staff.

Cons:

The stairs are very steep--don't bring your big roller bag! And though the hotel provides fancy fans for every room, the small ones are quite stuffy with just one window that opens, so I would recommend getting a room with a balcony if it's warm.

Pros:

!Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. L'accueil est particulièrement chaleureux et sympathique. Le grand point fort est le petit-déjeuner : il est extrêmement copieux, varié et délicieux. Le patron lui-même nous a servi des oeufs sur le plat parfaits Une excellente adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Cons:

Il n'y pas d'ascenseur malheureusement.

Convenient location, clean room, friendly and accommodating owner!
Pros:

The owner, Gerard, was really friendly and super helpful. I booked the hotel for my parents as they were visiting Middelburg for my graduation. I accidentally booked it a day too late and gave the owner a call and he said it was no problem at all. When my parents arrived, he gave them a room upgrade free of charge! Overall, a very accommodating owner which made my parents' stay at Middelburg super pleasant. Additionally, the location of the hotel was really convenient as it was about a 5 minute walk from the train station. The room was also clean and tidy. Would definitely come back :)

Uitstekend verblijf!
Pros:

Mooi gebouw met mooie grote kamer met balkon en uitzicht op het water.
Hotel heeft via een achterom ook een besloten achtertuin waar ik veilig mijn elektrische fiets kon stallen.

We enjoyed the breakfast and Middelburg 100%, all was clean but room had too small window and was too small.
Pros:

Breakfast was excelent! The breakfastroom was a very nice place to be after the room which was far too basic for the price. After all it is a 3 star hotel and should not be so expensive given the place you have to sleep and no lift probably because of monumental rules.

Cons:

Bedroom. Stairs to go up.
