Check out and check in was very easy and the lady at the reception was very nice and welcoming. Super friendly
Pros:

It was clean , everything was clean

Cons:

The bed on top is very unsafe because it kept on hitting me. I feel like the top corner is very dangerous

EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT, FROM THE RECEPTION THE MAN WHO SERVED US GAVE US AN EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, WITH A BIG SMILE AND WILLINGLY TO ASSIST US , FLOOR AND THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN , ACTUALLY EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT,WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY
