Pros:

Buena ubicación, personal muy amable.

Cons:

Necesitábamos descansar por el evento al que íbamos, pero no fue posible realmente por el ruido proveniente del restaurante.

La verdad me gustó mucho el hotel, es muy grande, sus jardines, la piscina, la decoración, los detalles siempre son muy importantes.

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó, de la fosa del baño (regadera) sale un mal olor cuando abres la regadera.

Cumple con el objetivo
Pros:

Nos gusto el área ver y el área de la alberca ya que es bastante amplio. La habitacion muy limpia y comoda.

Cons:

Lo unico que no convencio fue que la alberca esta muy lejos de las habitaciones y aparentemente el estacionamiento lo comparte, pues entraban y salian bastantes automoviles. y deberian contar con pasadias.. ya que nosotros unicamente estuvimos de 2 a 3 horas en las istalaciones.

Well situated simple accomodations
Pros:

Good location, perfect for exploring puuc ruins and oxcutzcab market. Affordable. Attentive staff, available at all hours.

Cons:

Rooms are a bit small and old. Bathroom floor always wet. Rather small thin pillows.

It was barely ok.
Pros:

Pool was ok. Room was noisy...some machine coming from the back. The ceiling fan made too much noise...and we are not foond of AC

Cons:

bed was a double...hardly sufficient for 2 adults.
