Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

Прекрасное отношение со стороны персонала , прекрасный чистый пляж и, главное, изумительный массаж, сделанный руками великолепного мастера Клаудио
После 3 лет , проведённых в убежище ( я с Севера), спина стала деревянной, а после массажа я ожила , боли исчезли и появилась надежда, что всё будет хорошо!!! Спасибо всем

הצוות כאן פשוט מדהים – אדיב, קשוב ומסביר פנים. כל אחד מהעובדים מתייחס לאורחים בכבוד ובאכפתיות אמיתית, ותמיד מוכן לעזור ולסייע בכל בקשה.

בזכות המקצועיות, היחס החם והאווירה הנעימה, החופשה הייתה נוחה, מהנה ובלתי נשכחת. מרגישים שכאן עובדים אנשים שאוהבים את עבודתם ודואגים לכל אורח מכל הלב.

תודה מיוחדת ללדה על האדיבות, תשומת הלב והיחס החם שלה לאורחים. עובדים כמוה הופכים את החופשה למיוחדת באמת ומשאירים זיכרונות נפלאים.

Персонал все отлично и во всем нам очень помогли если бы не портил все впечатление юноша за стойкой регистрации с ответами типа "откуда я знаю" и "я вокруг отеля не гулял"... даже если ты не знаешь ответ мог бы быть вежливее.

היה באמת מושלם!

קודם כל כבר לפני השהייה, דאגו לעדכן ולשאול בבוקינג וגם אישית בוואצפ.
פינקו בשמפניה ובלונים ליום הולדת.
הארוחת בוקר מעולה והכל טרי ועם מגוון רחב של אפשרויות.
נהנינו מאוד מהמג׳קוזי בחדר שכולל נוף לים.
דבר חשוב זה ביחד, היו מאוד קשובים ובגלל תקיפה מאיראן הסכימו לבטל ללא קנס באותו יום של החופשה (למזלנו לא ביטלנו). גם ציינו שיש מרחבים מוגנים.

בשהייה התקשרו לשאול אם חסר משהו.
כאשר הזמנו באפליקציה טואלטיקה ו5 דקות אחרי הביאו בשקית לפי ההזמנה.

החדר היה נקי ומסודר
הלובי מריח מרענן עם מנטה באוויר
בריכת מלח גדולה והייתה די ריקה (אמצע שבוע)
