Pros:

Le véritable point fort de cet hôtel est son personnel. Toutes les personnes que nous avons rencontrées ont été accueillantes, souriantes et professionnelles.
Un grand merci tout particulièrement à Marina, dont la gentillesse, le sourire et la bienveillance ont largement contribué à rendre notre séjour plus agréable malgré les nombreuses déceptions.

Cons:

Notre séjour a été extrêmement décevant et, à nos yeux, cet établissement ne mérite pas son classement 4 étoiles.
L'hôtel est réparti sur plusieurs bâtiments situés en périphérie de la ville, de part et d'autre d'une rivière. Pour accéder au petit-déjeuner ou à la piscine, il faut parcourir environ 300 mètres, traverser un pont puis une route fréquentée. Cette organisation est particulièrement peu pratique, surtout pour les familles.
Le petit-déjeuner a été servi à notre bâtiment à partir de la 2ème nuit mais reste très basique et loin des standards que l'on est en droit d'attendre d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. Le choix est limité, la qualité quelconque et l'ensemble donne une impression d'économie excessive.
La plus grande déception concerne toutefois la piscine. Non seulement elle est très petite et située dans un autre bâtiment, mais elle est également interdite aux moins de 16 ans. Cette restriction n'était pas suffisamment mise en évidence lors de la réservation. Notre fils se réjouissait de profiter de la piscine pendant les vacances, et cette interdiction a fortement impacté notre séjour. Dans une région offrant relativement peu d'activités, cela nous a finalement conduits à quitter l'hôtel deux nuits avant la fin de notre réservation.
Nous avons sollicité le responsable afin d'obtenir un geste commercial ou une dérogation permettant à notre fils d'accéder à la piscine. Notre demande a été refusée sans aucune souplesse, et il nous a simplement été suggéré de nous rendre à la piscine municipale. Pour un séjour d'environ 2'000 CHF la semaine, cette réponse nous a profondément déçus. Le seul geste commercial accordé a été l'exonération des frais de parking, alors même que nous avons perdu deux nuits d'hôtel sans possibilité de remboursement.
Enfin, dès notre arrivée, la propreté de la suite laissait à désirer, avec notamment des poils visibles sur les draps.

Pros:

The hotel is new and is in a beautiful location, with the rooms overlooking the Limmat river. You can see open-air saunas and people jumping in the river, even in a cold weather.
Breakfast was wonderful and the food at the restaurant Pepe Nero (annex to the hotel) too.
The spa (in the other building, reachable on foot) was great. The rooms were large, comfortable, light and clean.

Cons:

I friend who was with us is disabled and was on a wheelchair; the bathrooms didn't have all the adaptations for that. The lifts and other spaces are reachable for a wheelchair.

Gute Lage, tolle Aussicht, komfortabel. Die Suite ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Das SPA im anderen Limmathof gegenüber ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Das Bad könnte etwas grösser sein im Verhältnis zur Suite.

Unterkunft wirkt etwas abgenutzt. Schäden an der Einrichtung. Schimmel am Fenster. Abgenutzte Bademäntel. Unterhalt kommt wohl etwas zu kurz. Frühstück ist eher nicht so gut.
