Gepflegte Hotelanlage mit herrlicher Aussicht, schönem Indoorpool, aktuell jedoch ohne Klimaanlage.
Pros:

Top Service Team, das sehr schnell und flexibel auf unsere Wünsche einging und zu unserer Zufriedenheit erfüllte.
Sehr schöne, gepflegte Anlage mit Garage direkt hinter den Konfortzimmern mit herrlicher Seesicht.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage und kein Tresor, was wir bei der Buchung eines 4-Sterne Hotels eigentlich absolut voraussetzen.
Die Kaffeemaschine war bedienungstechnisch eine Katastrophe und die elektrische Öffnung der Oberlichter zur Lüftung hat leider auch nicht funktioniert.
Alles Dinge, die mit Sicherheit aber zeitnah geregelt werden können.

Il panorama stupendo, il giardino curatissimo, la piscina e la zona colazione con vista lago

Cons:

Tutto bello, se dovessi dare un consiglio valuterei di mettere l’aria condizionata e la ventola in bagno. Il personale è gentilissimo tranne il cameriere maschio della Remise

Hôtel globalement très bien mais attention aux prix pratiqués dans le restaurant !
Pros:

Chambre très agréable, très propre. Le spa et la piscine sont vraiment très agréables après une journée d'efforts (vélo). Le petit déjeuner est vraiment incroyable, et la terrasse où peut être pris ce petit déjeuner est vraiment extraordinaire.

Cons:

1- Attention aux prix pratiqués dans le restaurant ! J'avais pris un steack tartare (steack haché cru) qui était à 20 € sur le menu. Celui-ci faisait partie des entrées. La serveuse me propose de le prendre en plat (donc à priori un peu plus gros) et me dit que cela ne coûtera pas beaucoup plus cher, sans pouvoir me donner le prix exact. J'accepte quand-même. Au moment de payer, le steack, qui n'était vraiment pas très gros, et servi juste avec 1 ou 2 petits légumes en décoration, nous a été facturé 44 € (donc 120% plus cher que l'entrée).De plus, ils avaient oublié le prix des boissons. Nous nous sommes quand-même manifestés... Le prix du steack a été réduit à 35 €, ce qui reste très cher pour la quantité servie, et ils ont rajouté les boissons oubliées. Bref, on s'est retrouvés avec une note encore plus élevée
que l'initiale... Nous avons trouvé cette pratique vraiment peu correcte. Nous avons alors annulé notre réservation de restaurant pour le lendemain ... Et nous avons très bien mangé dans l'un des restaurants d'Ermatingen, avec un prix affiché correct et respecté.
2- Il manque des séparations au niveau des terrasses et des balcons. Si vous vous installez dehors (sur votre terrasse ou votre balcon), vous êtes vraiment chez vos voisins.

Ruhige schöne Lage. Hallenbad mit Badekorb inklusive, Minibarangebot gratis, tolles Frühstückbuffet. Bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Da es keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat, hätten wir wenigstens einen Ventilator erwartet, bei einem Zimmer dieser Preiskategorie. Durch die Bruthitze war das Schlafen somit eine Qual.
Ziemlich ringhöriges Zimmer.

Wir kommen sicher wieder!
Pros:

Grosse Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet.
Die Lage ist perfekt, mit schönem Park und toller Aussicht auf den Bodensee.
Gutes Essen im eigenen Restaurant. Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Pros:

Das wunderschön gepflegte Grundstück und die Terrasse zum Frühstück.

Cons:

-Immer noch keine Klimaanlage in den Zimmer ( bei 33 Grad Außentemperatur)
- die sogenannte Suite war nur ein großes Doppelzimmer und auf der Terrasse keine Abtrennung zu den Nachbarzimmern.
- das Frühstückspersonal war nicht sehr emphatisch ( z.B. Als erstes Abfrage der Zimmernummer / das muss ich Ihnen berechnen / Eierspeisen gibt es nicht, die Küche ist nicht besetzt )
- das Frühstücksangebot war Hotelkategorie 3 Sterne
