Le logement est situé sur les hauteurs du lac Ruhondo. Le bar/restaurant et les lodges nous offrent une vue magnifique sur celui-ci. Le personnel autour de Claire et Enok est extrêmement sympathique et aux petits soins avec les clients. La nourriture est variée et très bonne avec notamment un petit déjeuner copieux. Le cadre permet vraiment de s'évader. De nombreuses activités sont proposées (hiking, boat tour, kayak,...).

We like the location. Staff is very friendly. Food was delicious.

tout était parfait! on nous attendait à l'heure prévu, le personnel adorable, le responsable Yves est très professionnel et prévenant. il a prit le temps de m'écrire pour me demander notre heure d'arrivée et de réserver nos repas en avance afin de ne pas attendre au moment de diner. Nous avons aimé le cadre, le confort, la disponibilité du personnel, la propreté , le restaurant. je reviendrai.

Super clean, beautiful location, good food and super friendly staff.

The My Hill Eco Lodge is a lovely place, where you can relax or do a boad tour or a hike. Everthing was arranged by the staff, who were super friendly and lovely. The staff caters to every wish. The view over the lake is breath taking and the rooms are awesome with an authentic decoration.

Wow wat een uitzicht en wat een heerlijke kamer. Dit hadden we nodig na een paar intensieve dagen, het eten was heerlijk. Ik heb 2 keer de vega curry genomen met heerlijk verse chapati erbij. Geweldig om met de boot zo aan te komen.

Op je eigen balkon met dat uitzicht een boek lezen, ja dat is echt vakantie!

J'ai passé un long weekend à My Hill et c'était super. La vue sur le lac et les volcans est splendide, la chambre très propre et confortable, le personnel très gentil et aux petits soins. Nous avons aussi très bien mangé, le petit-déjeuner est copieux et le fish stew excellent !

Hôtel exceptionnel dans un endroit exceptionnel. La vue sur les volcans. Les chambres. Le restaurant. Tout est génial.

Un endroit splendide avec une vue incroyable sur le lac ! Ivan et toute son équipe ont été d’une grande gentillesse et très attentifs à nos besoins. Ivan nous a même organisé un tour avec guide pour visiter les Twin Lakes, une expérience inoubliable. L’accueil est chaleureux et on se sent vraiment bien pris en charge.

Attention : l’accès en voiture directement est fortement déconseillé, il est vivement conseillé de garer la voiture de l’autre côté du lac et venir en bateau, ce qui ajoute d’ailleurs un charme supplémentaire à l’arrivée. Possibilité également de réserver des vélos à l’avance pour découvrir la région autrement. Une vraie pépite que nous recommandons sans hésitation !

After a short boat trip we were welcomed by the staff that carried our luggage up the hill, halfway we were met with welcome drinks. The rooms are small houses that have an amazing view over the lake and the mountains.

The place feels very modern and the staff is amazing! They took care of our every need. Before and after each meal you get a refreshing hot towel. The next best thing after the view is the food. They have a great chef!

It's about a 45 minute drive to the Vulcano National Park, so ideal if you want to go Gorilla tracking or hiking.

If you are self-driving, you have to park your car at the secure pier north of the hotel (it's called "Boating Pier" on Google maps).

Vincent and all the staff were so friendly, and went the extra mile to make our very short stay, celebrating our wedding anniversary, so amazing and special. Attention to detail and warm hospitality, made our stay so special, and memorable. Stunning location and great service, highly recommended!
