Pros:

Excelente ubicación en la parte oeste de la capital de Costa Rica, modernas instalaciones y limpias, excelente trato del personal, delicioso desayuno, cerca de restaurantes y lugares de compras como Terramall y Ciudad del este.

Cons:

Pues no le encontré nada malo, quizás lo único es que la salida del Centro comercial tiene una empinada, que puede ser difícil para personas con alguna condición de salud, si lo hacen caminando.

Me gusta mucho el hotel pero creo que deberían de capacitar más a su personal
Pros:

Nosotros siempre los visitamos aunque sea una o dos veces al mes nunca desayunamos porque no nos gusta mucho. Pero siempre nos quedamos porque el hotel es muy lindo y el personal era muy bueno.

Cons:

Ahora el personal lo cambiaron todo y nos han quedado mal con facturas electrónicas, la última vez duramos mucho para hacer check in!
