When we arrived at the hotel in the evening, the female employee who opened the door told us that our room didn't have a toilet/bathroom, that we could use a shared toilet/bathroom, and that we could move to a room with a toilet/bathroom for an extra fee. I showed her my reservation slip, saying that our room had a toilet/bathroom and that it didn't say anything about sharing... she absolutely refused, and when I insisted, she threatened to kick us out at that time of night. I called the hotel owner using the number they had previously contacted, but no one answered. My son, noticing how angry I was, spoke to the woman and, I think, convinced her for a few extra dollars. (I'm not sure, maybe the extra dollars were for something else.)
From very early in the morning, the hotel owner started messaging me on WhatsApp... he was never convinced, insisting I was wrong, that he was right, that the fault was mine and Booking.com's, and harassed me so much that we had to check out very early despite arriving late. The reservation slip and WhatsApp messages are attached...

Could hear everything and no privacy and no peace and quiet.
Felt like right in the middle of the shared bathroom.

I didn't realise till after it was too late to question that i was charged more than the agreed online price. It only around $2 but still i didn't appreciate it.

La pantalla únicamente contaba con los canales de cable y no disponía de aplicaciones como YouTube.
El personal fue muy amable y servicial. Todas las preguntas que solicité me las respondieron y ayudaron propiamente.

the staff only speaks Spanish, there is a senior woman as manager, She is really mean and bitter about something. because they only speak Spanish communication is very difficult. It is a horrible place run in bitterness. The people that work here are short minded. its a real bummer. dont rent here. I dont know if they steal money yet,
