Es la 4ta vez que regreso
Pros:

Ya me he hospedado aqui en 4 ocasiones. El personal del hotel es muy amable. Tuve problemas con mi celular y mi equipaje (mi culpa) pero el personal del hotel me ayudo a resolverlo de inmediato. Calidad-precio del hotel es perfecta! Ademas, tiene una vista muy linda de la ciudad.

Összeségében egy jó szálloda, attól függ előtte honnan jössz,vagy hová mész. Jó a reggeli(ami a szállodák többségében nem ér semmit,ezt 17 szálloda után mondom), jók a medence(2 db),a személyzet ha problémád van valamivel,megoldja,van az árban egy 15perc masszázs ami plusz extra.

Pros:

First of all the staff, they were very kind caring and extremely service minded i stayed some 3 months and I had a great experience. The cleaning staff were very effective. Facilities are great with 2 pools and always clean. In the evening the sky bar is nice and very good service. Food was very good and not expensive. Location is great with so many restaurants around the corner, very near AEON shopping mall. Overall i had a pleasent good stay mostly thanks to Staff

Personnel très gentil, réactif et arrangeant : nous sommes arrivés avec une journée de retard (pb d’avion) ils ont gentiment accepté de décaler le séjour d’une journée. Bcp de commodités à proximité (aeon mall, palais royal,…)
