Pros:

Very comfortable bed and great staff. Very good shower.

Cons:

Breakfast dishes were cold even when we ate at 07:15. But perhaps the food is prepared in advance

Pros:

La ubicación, el personal, el desayuno y la piscina de la azotea.

Cons:

Sabanas rotas, no ajustaban a la cama.
Distribución de la habitación incómoda.
0 iluminación.
Encontramos bichitos en el lavabo a la noche y de hecho informaron se una fumigación durante nuestra estancia.
Todo era de pago, incluso el agua.

Area now loud with music and children screaming in the streets at 3 am, no hot water for both booked days, no welcome drink. Do better.

Good hotel, nice and clean. Lovely to have a pool with such a great view.
Pros:

Good property in a busy location, lots of places to eat close by and the staff were all lovely and very helpful.

Cons:

It was a bit noisy at times as it’s used by lots of travelling groups for 1 or 2 nights

Das Zimmer war als luxury Sweet angeboten, war aber nur ein Zimmer und das noch nicht einmal groß. Der Geruch im Zimmer ohne Aircon war schlimm, die Matratzen uralt. Es gab nur einen Aufzug der meist von den Zimmermädchen benutzt wurde. Das Essen im Restaurant sowie beim Frühstück war unbeschreiblich geschmacklos und das Personal mehr als desillusioniert. Die letzte Nacht hatten wir ab Mitternacht keinen Strom mehr was bis Mittag nicht repariert wurde. Das Zimmer ist über einem Club oder so etwas, an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Alles in allem, wenn das Zimmer 20$ gekostet hätte dann wäre das auch zuviel gewesen aber für eine Luxus Sweet, lächerlich

Es la 4ta vez que regreso
Pros:

Ya me he hospedado aqui en 4 ocasiones. El personal del hotel es muy amable. Tuve problemas con mi celular y mi equipaje (mi culpa) pero el personal del hotel me ayudo a resolverlo de inmediato. Calidad-precio del hotel es perfecta! Ademas, tiene una vista muy linda de la ciudad.

Pros:

First of all the staff, they were very kind caring and extremely service minded i stayed some 3 months and I had a great experience. The cleaning staff were very effective. Facilities are great with 2 pools and always clean. In the evening the sky bar is nice and very good service. Food was very good and not expensive. Location is great with so many restaurants around the corner, very near AEON shopping mall. Overall i had a pleasent good stay mostly thanks to Staff
