Guests who make reservations after 18:00 for the same day, or on the Saturday or Sunday before the day of arrival, are kindly asked to call the hotel to confirm their arrival. For late arrivals, the room key will be deposited in a safe deposit box. Please note that the on-site restaurant Assaggio is open daily from 18:00 to 22:00. Lunch is offered from Tuesday to Friday. Rundum zufriedenstellend.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und qualitativ sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Ein- und auschecken hat tadellos funktioniert. Das italienische Restaurant im Haus ist ebenfalls sehr positiv zu bewerten.

Mit wenigen Taten wäre dieses Hotel, ein sehr gutes Angebot

Sauber, gute Austattung und modern

Cons:

Kleine Baumängel, die nervig waren, wie Türklinkel wo nicht, Duschbrause, die nicht dicht war, sowie Badewannenanschlüsse die rinnen

Very comfortable and decent value for Switzerland (although we stayed at the weekend which may have help).
Pros:

Super rooms and general feel to the place. Excellent Italian restaurant on site which was very welcome as there is nothing else around the hotel. Easy self check-in procedure.

Cons:

Very little. No milk in room for coffee/tea.

Relativ sauberes hotel gute Ausstattung

Cons:

Sehr miserabel Frühstück max 2 Eier pro Person Wenn man zum 2. Nach Eier fragt wird es abgelehnt das fand ich absolut nicht korrekt und das Zimmer war sehr larmig mit der abluftung wo an der Terrasse ist

Gute Lage, sehr modern, schick eingerichtet, sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Dass die Rezeption so wenig besetzt ist, ist es sehr unpersönlich. Ist ein wenig unangenehm. Aber es ist alles gut organisiert.

Ein Hotel, das einmal grosszügig gebaut wurde, das heute allenfalls etwas mehr Sorgfalt verdiente.
Pros:

Die ZImmer sind grosszügig geschnitten und einigermassen aktuell eingerichtet.

Cons:

Die Lage an der sehr stark befahrenen Hauptstrasse ist für das Hotel zwar ein Vorteil, weil man es leicht findet. Für diejenigen Gäste, welche nachts mit einem leicht geöffneten Fenster schlafen möchten, ist die Lage definitiv ungeeignet.
