Pros:

Sadly, the air conditioning didn't work in the first room. Then, helpful receptionist organised a new room on 4th floor for us and it was excellent. Thank you.

Pros:

Location in centre of town. Close to shops, bars and restaurants.
We got a room on a renovated floor wich was perfect. Clean, good bed, good bathroom. Modern look. Emloyees at reception friendly and helpful.
There are 2 or 3 parkingspaces reserved for guests.

Cons:

If the hotel continues renovating the rest of the floors it will be a perfect hotel to stay and visit Ptolemaida.
