Durchwachsen von bemüht bis lieblos
Pros:

Es ist in der Kaiserrast höchst ambivalent. Besonders im Service. Online und Check-in sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch eine der Servicekräfte beim Frühstück war eine sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Person. Aber ebenfalls der krassen Gegensatz vor Ort dazu.
Die Premium Zimmer sind praktisch und wirklich angenehm. Sauber war es ebenfalls. Allerdings funktionierte die Dusche nur noch eingeschränkt. Und gelegentlich kann ein Zimmerservice bei längeren Aufenthalt auch nicht schaden. Der war nie vorhanden.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist die einzige Mahlzeit, die man im noch um Angebot hat. Dementsprechend nur das bewertbar. Fazit: ausreichend. Kantinennivau.
Kaffee wenn nicht defekt, Reinigung der Maschine (zur einzigen verfügbaren Mahlzeit des Tages???) durchaus gut. Saft zwischenzeitlich leer.
Brot Wurst Käse Konfitüre, ausreichend vorhanden nichts besonderes aber immerhin qualitativ gut. Eier nur an einen Tag gesehen.

Meine Mutter hat eine Unverträglichkeit und ( ich habe die Frage gehört) lediglich gefragt ob etwas glutenfrei erhältlich wäre, wurde dafür allerdings umgehend regelrecht abgekanzelt.
Ja, ich habe vergessen da bei der Buchung nachzufragen. ABER, der Ton macht in einem Hotel die Musik! Es war nur eine Frage. Und auch KEIN Merkmal eines 5 Sterne Hauses (wir haben es oft genug anders erlebt). Das man selbst abräumt kenne ich ehrlich gesagt auch nicht.
Soviel zum Restaurant.

Gelegentliche Reinigung und Pflege der Zimmer wäre gut. Dann fallen auch Defekte auf.

Vieglu pieejama. Varēju viegli pati piereģistrēties, kad reģistratūra bija slēgta. Tur pat blakus ir bindzīntanks un ēdienu, dzērienu automāts, kur varēja dabūt siltu picu.

Cons:

Kaut kas nebija kārtībā ar dušu. Ūdens tecēja gar malām un vannasistabā visa grīda palika slapja.
Brokastis bija diezgan pieticīgas salīdzinājumā ar tām, kādas esmu baudījusi citviet.
