Very comfortable and good value.
Pros:

The staff were really friendly and patient with our attempts to speak Italian with them! The food in the restaurant was excellent.

Perfekter Zwischenstopp nahe des Trasimenosees
Pros:

Luca ist ein perfekter Gastgeber, der sehr gut englisch spricht. Leider fehlen mir die Italienisch Kenntnisse. Das Zimmer ist einfach, hat aber alles, was für eine Nacht (auch 2 oder 3) notwendig ist. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr gut, was auch die Menge an einheimischen Gästen zeigt. Trotz offenem Fensters war die vor dem Haus vorbeiführende Straße nicht zu laut.

Posizione buona se vuoi visitare il Lago, è a 10/15 minuti da Castiglione del lago. Unico piccolo neo: la struttura è su una strada di passaggio

La grande ospitalità Umbra
Pros:

Ottimo soggiorno presso la struttura, posizionata in una zona molto ben collegata e gestita in maniera impeccabile.
Ho apprezzato la sistemazione in camera, ampia come dalle foto allegate, il bagno pulito, profumato, ordinato e molto comodo, la tranquillità dei luoghi e la cortesia dei gestori.
Anche il confort climatico è stato eccellente, essendo nella stagione autunno-invernale la camera era riscaldata molto bene.
Altro punto di forza la colazione: nella zona caffetteria sono presenti a vista degli ottimi lievitati, ma a richiesta è possibile farsi preparare diverse altre cose sia dolci che salate.
C'è poi il non trascurabile vantaggio di poter approfittare del ristorante presente a piano terra, con i piatti tipici della cucina Umbra e spesso con delle ottime alternative fuori menu, che variano in base alla stagione.
