Pros:

Gezellig echt dorps hotel midden in het stadje

Cons:

Wij waren er de aller warmste nacht, dan is geen airco best naar maar het bad maakte veel goed.

Perfect, just wish it had been less hot
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in the centre of ravenstein. Easy parking. Nice room, tastefully furnished. Nice breakfast.

Cons:

We got there during the heatwave and it was very hot in our room as it was under the roof. We only had one little fan and it wasn’t possible to put it near the bed. No bedside tables either. The blind kept falling off the window.

Prachtige oude herberg op even prachtige locatie. Attent personeel. Prima keuken.
Geen airco, maar prima ventilator op de mooie klassieke kamer.met balkenplafond. Ruime schone badkamer.

Cons:

We waren hier voor de 4e keer vanwege het speciale mooie karakter van dit hotel.We begrepen dat de nieuwe eigenaar er helaas voor kiest om hotel en restaurant te scheiden, waarbij het hotel zonder zichtbaar personeel en met toegangscode e.d. zal gaan werken. Daarmee gaat naar onze mening een 400 jaar oud icoon voor Ravenstein verloren.

Pros:

Heel vriendelijk personeel.
Lekker eten, de zalm had ik.
Jammer was precies zoals de foto.
Hele fijne badkamer.
Hele goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

Cons:

Het was de hittegolf. Dus viel niet echt tegen, want een grote fan. Maar beetje warm 😉, daar was weinig tegen te doen.

Het was een leuk en gezellig hotel. De kamer was op de eerste etage en best aardig groot. Het eten was erg goed en bijzonder lekker.

Relaxt en gezellig in een mooi hotel.
Pros:

Erg mooie kamer met houten balken. Bij de ontvangst en op het terras erg vriendelijk personeel.
De ingelijste oude kranten in de gangen. Wat bijzonder!!

Cons:

Bij ontbijt was er geen gedekte tafel meer. Na vraag voor hulp was de medewerkster van de keuken erg onvriendelijk. (Snauwen)

De koffieroom die ik in mijn koffie deed schifte meteen. Er zat een cupje bij dat over datum was. (Januari 2026) Kan gebeuren… toen ik dit meldde en een nieuw kopje vroeg was deze mevrouw weer onvriendelijk. Persoonlijk had ik even een kort excuus gemaakt als ik de medewerker was. Maar dat vond zij duidelijk niet nodig. Ze vond het wel belangrijk om ons er op te wijzen dat alle andere koffieroom die ze uit het pak nam niet over datum was. Weer op die nare toon.

Gelukkig was de medewerker bij het uit checken in een beter humeur. Dat maakte veel goed.

Leuk hotel, perfect voor overnachting.
Pros:

Mooie ruime kamer met authentieke balken. Netjes, verzorgd en rustig. Aardige eigenaar. Hotel/restaurant ligt in klein dorpje, mogelijkheid tot eten op terras. Dicht bij Slot Doddendael waar vaak huwelijken zijn. Goede keuze om hier overnachting te doen.

Cons:

Koffie bij ontbijt is echt niet lekker. Investeer daar in. Zo'n leuk hotel en ieder hotel moet toch echte goede koffie schenken? Frituurlucht vanuit de keuken ruik je erg als je naar hotelkamers gaat, zonde. Goede afzuiging zou must zijn.

Fijn personeel, heerlijk eten, leuke locatie.
Pros:

Leuk hotel in het oude centrum. Heel vriendelijk personeel. We hebben heerlijk buiten kunnen dineren. Het eten was goed zo ook het ontbijt. Onze fietsen konden op een veilige plek gestald worden.
