Hotel ok and friendly staff but restaurant horrible and unfriendly service

Service at the Restaurant! After sitting at the table for more than 10 min and waving my arms to get attention of the waitress, we were ready to order our meals and drinks but were told we only can order drinks now and only after the drinks were brought we could order food! It took another 15 min before I was finally served a beer and then she accepted our food order! Absolutely customer unfriendly!!!

Wir werden nicht wiederkommen.
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Die Betten waren sehr bequem, nicht zu weiche Matratzen aber sehr weiches und wertiges Bettzeug.

Cons:

Die Anfahrt zum Hotelparkplatz war ohne vorherige Erklärung durch das Hotelpersonal nicht zu finden. Ganz andere Anschrift als das Hotel selbst. Auch erschweren die sehr engen Gassen und zig Baustellen die Anfahrt.
Das Essen im Restaurant war nicht gut, es stand bereits 3 Minuten nach der Bestellung auf dem Tisch und wurde sogleich von einer Vielzahl von Fliegen heimgesucht. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Pros:

Die außergewöhnliche Lage direkt am Dom in der Altstadt, die alte,restaurierte und gepflegte Architektur der dazugehörige Biergarten mit regionalen Gerichten und eigenem Bier.

Cons:

Die Parkplätze sind sind rar.

Restaurant war gut, so wie der Service
Lage, okay

Cons:

Zimmer hatte eine sehr hohe Badewanne, keine durch Möglichkeit für ältere auch keine Möglichkeit, in die Wanne einzusteigen

Die Lage ist hervorragend, die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Es gibt ein tolles Frühstücksbuffet

Cons:

In unserem Zimmer war eine Badewanne und keine Dusche, für uns kein Problem, aber bei älteren Gästen vielleicht ein Problem mit dem Ein- und Ausstieg

Wir haben eine Klimaanlage vermißt da es sehr heiß im Zimmer war und es nur ein sehr kleines Fenster gab

Pros:

Locatie direct naast Romeinse poort en de Domkerk. Eigen (betaalde) parkeerplaats en biergarten. Erg vriendelijk personeel en uitstekend ontbijtbuffet.
