A very pleasant stay
Pros:

We had a lovely spacious room overlooking the hotel’s flower-filled courtyard. Excellent breakfast enjoyed in the courtyard.

Cons:

It was very hard to find by car, we had to park then walk to the hotel to ask for instructions. There was no air conditioning or fan and it was extremely hot.

tolle Lage, freundliches Personal, Zimmer und Restaurant mit Luft nach oben.

Die Lage ist wirklich toll, das Frühstück sehr vielseitig und gut, das Personal durchweg super.

Cons:

Die Zimmer und die Ausstattung dieser sind leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

La posizione . Non si può chiedere di meglio. La struttura del hotel veramente bella. Lo staff molto gentile

Pros:

Sehr schönes und komfortables Zimmer. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Die Ausschilderung zur Tiefgarage war nicht vorhanden oder ich habe sie nicht wahrgenommen. Daher war es für uns sehr schwierig, sie zu finden.

Hotel ist nicht nur für ein verlängertes Wochenende sehr empfehlenswert
Pros:

Ausgezeichnete City-Lage; Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter; Sauberkeit; Umfangreiches Frühstück, was keine Wünsche offen lässt;
Oberkellner Thaddäus ist sehr engagiert, korrekt und sympathisch;
Teamgeist der Belegschaft um Antonio ist offenbar in Ordnung, alle mit Freude bei der Arbeit.

Pros:

Nothing too lazy to show us where their car park was left car in a disabled bay beside cathedral next morning car had been towed away !!!!! Eventually paid the fine 700 euros !!!!! and if it had not been for our great taxi driver would not have found our car !!!! It had been left in a car park beside hospital in fact it had been dumped in a normal car park we would never have found our car !!!!! Disgraceful does not cover how we feel will never go back to Regensburg
So be very careful where you park

Zimmer sehr gut
Pros:

Das Upgrade auf eine Suite mit Klimaanlage. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals im Biergarten.

Cons:

Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption. Die Dame war sehr reserviert. Ein Lächeln wäre schön gewesen. Das Frühstück war nicht 4 Sterne würdig.

Ehrwürdiges Haus mit schönem Bierlokal
Pros:

Obwohl das Hotel direkt in der Altstadt unmittelbar neben dem Dom liegt ist die Anfahrt mit dem Auto sehr einfach - einfach über die Brücke in die Altstadt, nach rechts eine schmale Straße ein Stück hoch und direkt in die Tiefgarage fahren. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, schönes Bierlokal mit schönem Garten und gutem Essen.

prima hotel für einen städtetrip nach regensburg!
Pros:

die lage ist wirklich top, tolle aussicht auf den dom! der biergarten im innenhof ist super, es war sehr sauber, die zimmer haben eine gute größe. auch die betten waren spitze!

Cons:

leider gibt es keine klimaanlage, was bei 36 grad wirklich krass war. haben es aber trotzdem geschafft. es gibt auch keinen aufzug, aber das liegt vermutlich daran, dass das in dem denkmalgeschützten (?) gebäude nicht umsetzbar ist.
frühstück gibt es bis 10:30 uhr und die mitarbeiter fingen um 10 schon an, aufzuräumen und tassen nachzufüllen - bei dem lärm war es stellenweise nicht möglich, sich am tisch zu unterhalten; das war etwas unaufmerksam und unnötig.

It was just slightly warm in the room, could not locate any control for klima, but the room was on the quiet side, so i just opened the window and it was pleasant and quiet, no noise on that side....so no real problem
