Pros:

Very calm and pleasant surroundings. The hotel rooms are clean, and the neighborhood feels safe.

Cons:

At night, we didn’t get water in the bathrooms, so we had to call the manager to sort it out. Also, the water wasn’t very clean.

Pros:

Emplacement près de la plage, les tuk tuk juste à côté. L'espace petit déjeuner agréable, le jardin est agréable aussi.
La chambre est confortable et sdb très bien.
Le personnel est sympathique.

Cons:

Pas de frigo et de coffre dans les chambres.
Petits déjeuners moyens.
Ne prennent pas la carte bancaire et ne l'affichent pas.

If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful place in Inawatuna - it is the best choice
Pros:

Very hospitable staff, they gave us two breakfasts, which was very nice, helped us with laundry. Room was spacious, bed big and comfortable, everything fully corresponds to the description and price

A quiet, free place even in a busy area..
This place really good for who come to unawatuna to saty few days.the room was good condition and comfortable...and also they have nice pool.

Cons:

But one bad thing... water in the barthroom not good.some time it was a some smell.and also water colour was not clear.

Pros:

The facilities were lovely, the room was spacious and comfortable. The pool was great!

Cons:

It can be a little bit tricky to find, especially with Ubers and tuk tuks not knowing where to go. The staff were lovely but rarely available at reception

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

We had an amazing experience, the room was spacious, modern and clean. The pool and outdoor area was really nice and surrounded by nature. The staff member was exceptional, helpful and kind!

Pros:

Near the beach ( I think Mirissa is better) and the fruit seller.

Cons:

Near the beach but so far is the walking street with retaurants. You have to walk on the road, and after sundown is little bit dangerous. The photos are old I think, because this is the shabby hotel/homestay. We were there 3 nights and there was no cleaning during this time (garbage disposal etc) There was no hot water, we ask, but they failed to turn it on in any time. The door can be locked from the outside with a padlock and from the inside with a slide lock, so it's as if it were open, noise, light, everything filters in. The window cannot be opened because of the mosquitos. And there is only a blackout curtain, which you do not pull, because then they can see in from the neighboring balcony, so there is no natural light in the room The breakfast is 6 USD/person, it is little bit expensive. I do not understand the all good valuation, the accomodation could use a renovation.
