Pathetic, stay experience
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

The staff was very rude and money minded. I told them before hand that I have a baby with me and that the hotel should be able to provide me with baby friendly food to which they denied when I requested. The toilet seat was broken. I was even denied to give cutlery if I am not ordering from their restaurant. The exhaust fan was not working. The sheets were dirty and the pillow was also soiled. The hotel lies nowhere in the ₹4000 per night bracket. highly disappointed with Booking.com. I never imagined that the Services would be so bad, and the staff would be so unkind.
