Parfait !
Pros:

L’emplacement parfait, au calme à l’écart des villes très touristiques comme Oia ou Fira mais suffisamment proche pour faire une petite balade jusqu’à celles-ci! Avec une vue incroyable en plus! La chambre était aussi parfaite et confortable. Et le personnel était incroyablement gentil, accueillant et chaleureux, et très disponible et réactif à la moindre de nos questions/demande!

Cons:

Un petit souci avec le jacuzzi qui faisait beaucoup de bruit une nuit mais cela a été très vite réglé!

Amazing views and caring personel
Pros:

The view from the hotel and from the rooms with Jacuzi is absolutely amazing. You can see the caldera and the sunset.
The personel was also very welcoming and friendly and the breakfast was great.

Cons:

There is no place to hang the wet towels and clothes after swimming or using the jacuzi. The water of the pool was a bit too chilly but if you visit when it's warmer I'm sure it's fine.

Os funcionários são excelentes e super simpáticos, com destaque para o perfeito atendimento realizado pela recepcionista Bruna. Fomos muito bem recebidos. Os quartos são aconchegantes.

Cons:

Dado a localização do hotel, como sugestão, poderia ser oferecido transfer para o aeroporto e até o centro da ilha gratuitamente como outros hotéis fazem.

Me encantó el trato del equipo del hotel, todos son un encanto y siempre estan atentos y dispuesto a ayudar. El desayuno es muy bueno. Y las vistas de las habitaciones son increíbles. Si quieres pqz y calma en las noches esta es tu opción, considera rentar un coche.

Cons:

Para sacarle provecho a este hospedaje es indispensable rentar un coche para tener versatilidad dentro de la isla.

Pros:

Everyone, everyone from the receptionist to the bartender were amazing. The manager Aleandro was on top of our needs. We will come back and we totally recommend it.

A little piece of heaven
Pros:

Spent a lovely week at this wonderful hotel . The location is stunning and all the staff helpful, friendly and professional .
I stayed in an East Augean suite, which was spacious & clean with a separate bedroom . Bed very comfortable.
It is a bit of a hike to Imerovigli centre but a pleasant , scenic walk approx 1.5 miles .
If you don’t have your own mode of transport I’d definitely recommend consider getting a taxi back to the hotel at night , which the staff will arrange . Around €20 one way from Imerovigli centre to the hotel !
The restaurant is open daily at Xenones from 12md to 10 pm , serving hot meals and snacks . The Shrimps are to die for ….
As a solo traveller I felt extremely comfortable and would highly recommend.

Stunning views, calm and peaceful atmosphere with the most amazing staff all over.
Pros:

The most special thing at this property is the staff! The general manager Alexandros was brilliant. The rooms are beautiful, the sunset is exquisite and the jacuzzi rooms are stunning. We had late lunch and dinner in the hotel on 2 occasions, Nicos was amazing and such a kind gentleman. Alexandra, Bruna on reception were lovely. Muhammed at breakfast and around the pool was also so kind.

Cons:

The room didnt have hot water intially but it was fixed quickly. The gym is functional, an exercise mat would be good to have in there and wifi for the gym is needed as there is no phone signal in there. But the gym is the least of your worries with a property so pretty and this excellent location for walks, hikes and coastal views on both sides.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner dans une zone avec du vent et pas très ensoleillée. Il faut dire que c'était au mois d'avril et que sûrement ce facteur est appréciable en plein été

Très bonne adresse.
Tout était parfait et clean.
Personnels très agréables, À commencer par Alex qui nous a accueilli très chaleureusement en venant nous chercher au parking même dès notre arrivée, les messieurs du petit déjeuner (tout le monde sans exception), les secrétaires, les filles qui s'occupent du linge et Nikos au restaurant/bar qui est très exceptionnel, très social et jovial qui nous a accueilli au restaurant et avait pris soins de nous.
Bref, tout le monde était exceptionnel dans cette maison!
Nous recommandons cet établissement.Rien à dire.

Wonderful relaxed stay
Pros:

Xenones Filotera in Santorini is an exceptional place to stay, especially if you’re looking to relax and soak in breathtaking views under the sun. The scenery is simply fantastic, you could easily spend the entire day at the resort just enjoying the surroundings. You can experience amazing sunset from the hotel.

The staff truly stand out: extremely helpful, courteous, and always ready to assist, which made the stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the trek from the hotel to Oia, an unforgettable experience with stunning views along the way.

The location is very convenient, positioned nicely between Oia and Fira. Having a small car is recommended to explore the island comfortably, and the private parking provided by the hotel is a big plus.

Overall, a wonderful stay combining great views, excellent service, and a perfect base to explore Santorini.

Fantastisch!
Pros:

Super vriendelijk personeel!! Prachtige uitzicht. Mooie kamer en alles wat je nodig hebt om jouw verblijf nog extra aangenaam te maken. Heel lekker en gevarieerd ontbijt.

Cons:

Het restaurant is zeker niet slecht maar ook niet heel speciaal. Ze hebben niet altijd alles wat op de kaart staat en is ook heel simpel klaargemaakt.

Un peu loin de tout,pas de restaurant sur place juste un snak.
Jacuzzi bruyant surtout la nuit quand les gens parlent et sur le passage donc pas tranquille du tout .
