We stayed in one of the caldera view rooms which was stunning. We had a great time. Location is very difficult though.
Pros:

Beautiful views and room! Staff Alexandros and Alexandra were so helpful!

Cons:

The only thing is that it is not very accessible because it is about a mile away from the center of Imerovigli. The listing said transport to hotel was provided but it was an added cost that was very expensive.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, el personal amable, el hotel tiene unas instalaciones muy buenas

Cons:

La limpieza, la dejadez de las instalaciones como por ejemplo enchufes o interruptores que no funcionaban. Las instalaciones comunes les falta limpieza más a menudo

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία - κοντά σε Οία και Φηρά - και φοβερή θέα απο όλα τα σημεία του ξενοδοχείου.
Πολυ φιλικό προσωπικό, καθαρά και άνετα δωμάτια.

Inmejorables vistas a la caldera
Pros:

Hotel boutique de 4 estrellas, con ubicación y vistas a la caldera inmejorable. Habitación amplia comoda y con decorada con mucho gusto. Alexandros siempre ha estado pendiente y dispuesto a ayudar en todo con una sonrisa siempre presente.

Cons:

El resto de trabajadores simplemente cumplen, trabajan pero no aportan ningún tipo de bienestar o confort

El buffet estando bien le faltan detalles como zumos naturales.
El rey del buffet son las vistas.

Tienen problemas con el agua (imagino que como el resto de la isla) y hay momentos u horas del día en que no hay agua en la habitación.

Una pena porque es un hotel boutique realmente bonito, rodeado de hoteles de 5 estrellas, aprovechando su ubicación y estilo podría dar un salto.

Molto bene ma si può migliorare alcuni dettagli
Pros:

Posizione perfetta per muoversi su tutta l’isola. Si può godere di un tramonto meraviglioso. I servizi (transfer, noleggio quad, ristorante) perfetti. Lo staff è molto gentile. Pulizia eccellente.

Cons:

Sebbene la gentilezza, alcuni membri dello staff non sono molto preparati (poca attenzione, momenti in cui non si trova nessuno). La colazione non è assolutamente all’altezza della struttura in termini di qualità, presentazione e diversificazione dell’offerta.

We had an excellent stay at Xenones Filotera! The view of the caldera was absolutely breathtaking and made our stay even more special. The staff were always smiling, welcoming, and very friendly. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place!

Great views but remote.
Pros:

The views are outstanding. However our accommodation wasn't the best. It felt very dated, dark end dingy. The bathroom was the only modern room.

Cons:

The apartment was very dark. There was a bed in the living room and the old - fashionedness of the apartment made it feel like a hospital. The air con was noisy. On our last day the power failed which meant the water failed. The location is remote. Not near a restaurant or any supermarkets, yet nothing on site to compensate for this (crisps, water, ice cream). The on site restaurant is ok. The extensive wine list is non-existent.
