A great place to stay in Santorini - Одлично место за престој на Санторини
Pros:

Hotel is consisted of several houses, all made "Santorini style", personal is very helpful and polite, it is clean and wi-fi is great. The view is also very nice.

Disappointing
Pros:

Kristina was very helpful. That's the only good thing I can say.

Cons:

-no coffee machine or kettle in the room
-breakfast area in a dark, bad smelling room
-always a bad smell in the bathroom from the drain
-definitely not a 4**** quality
-Poolbar was closed, had to order from delivery service
-no spa like it was described in the overall description
-very very noisy, not only the street but you can also hear your neighbors

Bonito pero decepcionante. No vale lo de un 4 estrellas
Pros:

Es sitio es muy bonito, se ve cuidado y muy limpio. Las camas son cómodas.

Cons:

La ubicación del hotel no es muy buena, tiene una de las carreteras principales en frente, por lo que hay ruido de coches dia y noche (en las fotos es dificil verlo, ya lo intentan esconder supongo).

El desayuno bastante decepcionante, poca variedad (solo jamon y queso basicos, yogurt con cereales pasados, pizza (??), y croissants del super, para un 4 estrellas ni siquiera te preparan algo al momento, y había poca cantidad de embutido (parecía hecho para que cojas poco).

La piscina es preciosa pero el agua está congelada, cuando en la playa estaba caliente. En los días que estuvimos no vimos a nadie bañarse. Es raro que te puedas bañar en la playa pero no en la piscina de lo fría que está. De nada sieve una piscina bonita si no puedes usarla.

En la ducha sale muy poco agua, no se si es habitual en la isla (en otros hoteles no lo encontramos).

Personal con un trato espectacular! Disponibles para cualquier petición. Instalaciones nuevas y detalles que son de agradecer!

No pudimos disfrutar del bar de la piscina ya que no estuvo abierto en nuestra estancia.

Pros:

Grundsätzlich ein gutes Hotel. Es wirkt aber sehr geschäftsmäßig und es fehlt ein bisschen die Liebe zum Detail. Das Frühstück ist grundsätzlich lecker, findet aber in einem komplett abgeschalteten Raum statt wo eine Terrasse wirklich schön wäre. Das Personal leistet seine Arbeit, aber ohne die sonst so bekannte Griechische Freundlichkeit.

Goed ontbijt, behulpzame en vriendelijke crew, geweldig zwembad.

Cons:

Kamers kunnen met wat simpele acties comfortabeler worden, rekken in de douche voor handdoeken en kastruimte in de kamers. Coffeemaker en waterkoker in de kamer zou prettig zijn. Lokatie is niet erg centraal en er is geen openbaar vervoer dus als je geen eigen vervoer hebt ben je afhankelijk van prijzige taxis.

Pros:

Nagyon közel van Imeroviglihez, és Fírához, imádtuk a lokációt. Gyönyörű tisztaság, tágas terasz, kényelmes ágy. Útmenti, de mégsem hallottunk semmit, ami zavarna este. Nagyon ajánlom! A reggeli bőséges, és nagyon kedves mindenki. ❤️

Cockroaches and lack of assitance
Pros:

The swimming pool was nice and quiet

Cons:

Very disappointing experience. The room was not properly cleaned and we found cockroaches. When we reported the problem, nobody at the hotel spoke English, so we were unable to communicate properly or get a solution. Definitely not recommended.

Limpio, tranquilo y muy cómodo.
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación. Hotel tranquilo, limpio y muy cómodo.
El último día tuvimos que marcharnos a las 8h para el puerto (antes de que abriesen el desayuno) y el día anterior nos trajeron un picnic para que podamos desayunar tranquilos.
Kristina muy atenta a todo. Lo recomendamos 100%

Cons:

El buffet del desayuno con poca variedad. El bar de la piscina estuvo cerrado los 4 días de agosto que estuvimos.

Tutto. Servizio ottimo. Posizione perfetta (rispetto ai principali centri abitati), colazione buona e abbastanza fornita. Piscina con affaccio meraviglioso. Consigliato al 100%.

O design do hotel era bonito e o conforto das camas principais também.

Cons:

Da cama extra pois parecia de criança e era para um adulto… E o espaço do pequeno almoço está mal aproveitado, pois fica numa sala fechada e abafada, quando podiam pôr com vistas…

Pros:

Πεντακαθαροι ολοι οι χωροι, υπεροχη πισινα κ πληρες πρωινο. Πολυ καλη τοποθεσια, ενα λεπτο απο το ημεροβιγλι
