Die persönliche Begrüßung und Freundlichkeit des Chef‘s außerdem eine gute Erreichbarkeit mit Öffis in die ganze Region .

Cons:

WLAN - Empfang trotz mehrmaligem Versuch gescheitert . Das ist aber nur eine kleine Kritik

Cons:

1. Lage nicht an der skipiste bzw. kein Schnee vorhanden; mussten jedesmal mit dem Auto ca 13 min in die Stadt zur Gondel Planei fahren
2. Wellness und Sauna konnten nicht benutzt werden, da Renovierung und Rekonstruktion ausgeführt wurde.
3. Frühstück sehr begrenzt und geringe Auswahl vom Nötigsten . Sonderwünsche konnten nicht getätigt werden, da nach Aussage des Personals die Winter Saison eigtlich schon vorbei sei..
In ihrer Anzeige war das Hotel verfügbar und von den Unannehmlichkeiten war kein Info von zu erkennen..

Schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Preis Leistung ziemlich fair. Lage nah am Lift Frühstückt war alles da und lecker. Zimmer Sauberkeit war ok.

Cons:

Duschkopf war kaputt und hing einfach nur so runter
Für die Sauna waren keine Bademäntel vorhanden

Nothing to complain about – everything was perfect.
Pros:

I have stayed at this hotel for the second time, and my experience was just as great as before. The location is perfect, the staff are consistently friendly and attentive, and the food is truly delicious. I highly recommend it.

There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything met or even exceeded my expectations.

Die Lage zur Piste/ Abfahrt und die Lage zum Ski Verleih ist bombastisch!
Es fährt ein Bus, mit dem man sehr oft früh und auch spät problemlos nach Schladming runter kommt.
