Pros:

Beautiful view and very friendly and welcoming staff. The lady in the reception is very welcoming and friendly. Good and healthy breakfast in a reasonable price.

Cons:

Chambre au -1 par rapport à la réception qui se trouve au rez-de-chaussée. Pourtant, nous avions réservé une chambre prenium. Passage de train fréquent entre l’hôtel et le lac. La hauteur sous plafond est de 2m00, attention pour les claustrophobes.

The view from the balcony was amazing.
The location was pretty close to Nedderied train station - so awesome connectivity.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in der Schweiz ❤️

Die Location ist traumhaft, die Zimmer sehr sauber und das Frühstück war super organisiert und sehr lecker. Alles war mit viel Liebe vorbereitet.

Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön an Renata von der Rezeption 🌸
So einen herzlichen Menschen trifft man selten. Ich bin sehr spät aus Deutschland angekommen – erst gegen halb 12 nachts – und sie hat trotzdem auf mich gewartet. Das hat mich wirklich berührt.

Während meines Aufenthalts war sie immer hilfsbereit, freundlich und mit ganzem Herzen dabei. Sogar nachdem ich von der Sonne verbrannt war, wurde mir sofort geholfen.

Egal was ich gebraucht habe – der Service war einfach top.

Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt, werde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und komme sehr gerne wieder zurück.

Muy buena atención en un hotel sencillo con excelente ubicación y vistas.

La amabilidad del personal, la vista excepciona,l la ubicación

Cons:

Cierta dificultad para llegar desde la estación con equipaje.
En mí caso, llamé por teléfono y vino el encargado a ayudar

The personell was fantastic. The sleep in this hotel was excellent. We could not wake up in the morning.

The view was beautifull.

Cons:

The room was quite small and Interlaken is a bit expensive this period in the year, so the stay was not cheap.

A vista e a educação do pessoal superou qualquer inconveniente.

Cons:

A qualidade dos móveis sem conforto,.O banheiro precisava de uma reforma geral o WC atrás da porta pequena não é prático sobretudo para um banheiro sem ventilação 😞
