Calışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımsever, ilgili ve alakalı, güzel dağ ve göl manzarı idi.
Pros:

Cons:

Leider sehr schmutzig, Spinnweben, Staub und das Bad hatte einen stechenden Geruch nach Schimmel, so dass man die Türe kaum öffnen konnte. Schade!

L emplacement et la vue depuis la chambre. Le balcon avec vue sur le lac magnifique! Parking devant l hôtel. Réceptionniste souriante. Bon petit déjeuner

Cons:

La vieillesse de la chambre! Au prix de 400.- la nuit pour 3 personnes je me suis retrouvé sur un canapé-lit avec des ressorts dans le dos. Pas de climatisation alors qu il faisait plus de 30 degrés. Chambre " au sous sol" de l hôtel, couloir y amenant un peu glauque. Salle de bains avec grands poils noirs dans la douche ( on est tous blonds!) Vraiment très vieux et mal entretenus.

Huge disappointment. The hotel is relying solely on the view. This is clearly not enough.
Pros:

The view is nice, but with no easy access to the lake. All the rest was clearly much below expected…

Cons:

Cleaning was just acceptable inside the room, but very bad in the balcony, so not appealing to enjoy the view.
Old facilities with bad maintenance.
Very bad thermal and sound insulation.
Breakfast quality average and little variety.
Very small bathroom and shower.
Price is very inflated versus what is offered. The lake view clearly does not justify such a high price.

Minimaler Standard zu einem einigermassen guten Preis für eine Übernachtung.
Pros:

Genügend Parkplätze und ein Frühstück das in Ordnung war.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig. Insbesondere die Bettlaken und die Handtücher wiesen Flecken auf.
Wieso im August mit 30 Grad und mehr die Fussbodenheizung im Bad lief, war uns ein Rätsel.
