خدمة العامل في استلام الشنط وتوصيلها للغرفة وتنزيلها أثناء المغادرة
رجل الأمن بشوش وخدوم أعتقد اسمه عيسى عمر

الغرفة شوي صغيرة اكتشفنا انه فيه غرف بنفس عدد الأسرة لكنها أكبر
طلب من الاستقبال انه الغرفة تكون مطلة على الحرم لكن لم يتحقق ذلك

I asked for early check-in, and they accepted at earliest availability.
Also, they provided the Haram View from the 5th floor, Iamhighly grateful. I would also like to thank Mr. Ansar For Fantastic Service in Excellent Buffet with superb arrangement and delicious varieties dishes in breakfast.

- The location is amazing
- The view is wonderful
- Room is very spacious and comfortable
- Ms Seba at the reception treated me as if I’m her own sister and took care of everything I need even before asking , I will never forget her kind treatment
- They even offered the residents a “free” open buffet for Suhoor on the day of Arafat , which I have never seen done in any other hotel .

Pros:

Otel direk mescidi nebevînin karşısında çok temiz çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü biz açık büfe şeklinde rezervasyon yapmıştık ancak açık büfe hizmeti o tarihte kalkmıştı ancak bunun için endişe etmememizi söylediler her gün ne istediğimizi sorup oda servisi yaptılar restoran sorumlusu Ansar Khan bey her gün bizimle ilgilendi kibar ve güler yüzünden ötürü ayrıca teşekkür ederim temizlik yakınlık kahvaltı personel herşeyi ile on numarada bir otel tavsiye ederim.

Great location for men , but walking to haram for women is longer
Pros:

The hotel is very near the Haram. Men can reach the haram within 5 minutes, but for women, it's a longer walk to the women's gates of the haram(it will take them around 10 to 15 minutes)
There are restaurants available near the hotel.

Cons:

There isn't any parking available at the hotel
The restaurant's food was average

قريب للحرم لكن بس بوابه الرجال

Cons:

كانت تجربتي في الفندق دون التوقعات للأسباب التالية:

1. *الغرفة*: تم حجز غرفة بأربعة أسرة فردية مع إطلالة على الحرم، إلا أن المساحة كانت ضيقة جدًا والأسرة متقاربة بشكل مبالغ فيه حتى بدت وكأنها سرير مزدوج.
2. *النظافة والخدمة*: عند الدخول لوحظت رائحة غير مستحبة في الغرفة. كما طلبت ملاعق من قبل الاستقبال من امس ، لكنها لم تصل ولم يتم الاعتذار في اليوم التالي.
3. *خدمة العملاء*: افتقر موظفو الاستقبال للتعاون وروح خدمة العملاء، كما تم رفض طلب تمديد المغادرة إلى الساعة 2:30 ظهرًا رغم أن موعد رحلتي كان في الساعة 11 مساءً.

بناءً على ما سبق، لن أكرر التجربة مرة أخرى، وآمل من إدارة الفندق مراجعة جودة الخدمة ومساحة الغرف وسرعة الاستجابة للضيوف.

استقبال رائع و مرعاه لقدومنا بعد مناسك الحج مرهقين قبل وقت استلام الغرف باستعجال استلمنا للغرفة و ترقيتها لغرفة مطلة علي الحرم النبوي و لتسهيل وقت الانتظار دعتنا للتوجه الي الغداء في الفندق ترحيبا بينا

شكرا خاص لأستاذة صبا علي اسعادنا بالإطلالة الجميلة علي الروضة مباشرة من الغرفة التي اضافت الي إقامتنا سعادة و امتنان لهذا الكرم

اما عن أستاذ سامح نائب مدير الأغذية و المشروبات عن اهتمامه بكل التفاصيل و ذوقه و مساعدته لنا فوق الوصف من احتراف و أدب و ذوق
المطعم فطار غداء عشاء. أكتر من رائع
بوفيه متنوع الطعم ممتاز
أنصح جدا بالإقامة شاملة الوجبات
أقمت بالفعل في فنادق خمس نجوم في المدينة و عن تجربة مطعم فندق مسك البلد منافس لمطاعم الفنادق خمس نجوم في المدينة

و كل العاملين في الفندق مرحبين متعاونين جدا وًمحترفين جدا في المعاملة

الغرف نظيفة جدا و في سرعة استجابه لاي طلب من house keeper
