Hotel or toilet?
Pros:

There was nothing to like about this hotel other than its location.

Cons:

The service at the reception was unacceptable, traditional arab behaviour towards Asian, I would not recommend this place for people from western countries(avoid this hotel). Pay a bit extra to have a good experience of madinah.

Proche de la mosquée sacrée.

Cons:

Le personnel communiquait très peu en anglais et s’est montré peu accueillant. À plusieurs reprises, mes demandes concernant les fauteuils roulants ont été ignorées ou accueillies de manière désagréable. Par ailleurs, les murs sont très fins, si bien que l’on entend tout : des enfants jouaient dans les couloirs à 4 heures du matin et certaines personnes y discutaient bruyamment. L’insonorisation et la qualité de l’accueil sont donc clairement à améliorer.

Awful
Pros:

The receipt staff are very rude and unhelpful. I have provided my card details through the booking.com for the rent of the hotel but they didn't take the money from my credit instead the charged cash from my guests for the reserved rooms. I will never stay in this hotel and never recommend anyone to stay here.
