E’ cambiato il modo di fare fare check-in.

Non ho ricevuto la e-mail di conferma con le password per entrare e sono rimasta a lungo davanti alla pensione sia all’arrivo che secondo giorno prima di trovare i dati di accesso.

Il secondo giorno ho avuto una conversazione assurda con il responsabile, il quale invece di darmi una mano, mi ha detto che non sono capace di fare un check in (e non ero la prima volta in quella struttura) e che pretendo trattamento speciale..,

Ok but with bad maintenance
Pros:

The room is big and there is free parking inside or you can park in front of the hotel.

Cons:

The floor is not clean, there is a carpet which is very dirty, and the windows were full of dust. The neighborhood is not so pleasant especially at night. They are asking for how many people should they prepare breakfast which was really strange for us since we are a family with two children. I told them for 4 people but they prepared for just two and we had to wait, early prepared food was cold. Also you can't prepare coffee, they will bring you if you ask, also served in big glasses. There is no juice, milk, or tea just water. We had a feeling that they are not prepared for guests or they don't have experience.
