Mala la relación precio calidad.
Pros:

La ubicación, es fácil llegar y moverse por la costanera. Hay restaurantes cerca.

Cons:

Se llovió, la pieza estaba mojada en su acceso, y corre agua por los muros. Toda la entrada está mojada. Tuvimos que poner el papelero para la gotera.
Pedí habitación doble con cama grande y habían 2 camas individuales.

Mejorar la infraestructura, el hotel es muy antiguo
Pros:

La ubicación, la comida, la calefacción de las habitaciones y por sobre todo la atención del personal.

Cons:

-Le falta un buen aseo a las lámparas del restorán, están con tela de arañas.
-En las noches se escucha el ruido de las demás habitaciones.
-El Televisor se debe cambiar, son muy antiguos.
-La piscina Termal para adultos debería estar disponible hasta las 0:00hrs aprox.
-Los refrescos son muy caros, los que se encuantran en la habitacion.

Pros:

el desayuno bueno, me gustó mucho la habitación, tenía un balcon con vista al volcán y al lago maravilloso, el personal muy amable, nos atendieron muy bien.

Cons:

lo que podría sugerir es agregar café de grano en el desayuno y mas variedades de té.
