Desayuno y el servicio excelente
De pronto en mejora colocar alguna cinta antideslizante en el baño mi hijo se resbaló y se golpeó en el labio en la ducha
Si, estaba todo muy limpio y muy cómodo y la señora que nos atendió intentó ayudarnos.
Se suponía que era un hotel, de villavieja al hotel era muy lejos, la vía no está pavimentada y cuando llegamos nadie nos abrió, nos tocó esperar una hora afuera y buscar a alguien que nos abriera la puerta.
No se debería llamar hotel, por qué tienen horas de abrir la puerta en la noche.
Qué lástima la posición de la dueña, por qué el hotel muy cómodo, y la señora me dicen que diga que no me quede cuando si me dé y tengo el soporte de pago, pagué dos habitaciones.
Quedo atenta, para que booking no me cobre la sanción, por qué la señora me reporto como si no me hubiera quedado.

Spacious and clean rooms. Hot water in the shower. Excellent breakfast.
The hotel was incredibly well cared for and clean. The rooms were well equipped and I couldn’t have asked for any more from all the staff, who were always so helpful, friendly and attentive.

It is a bit off the beaten path but it works
Breakfast was really good. Staff was very welcoming and helpful and they provided everything we needed to have a really good stay. They gave us indications in how to get there and how to reach the spots we were interested in.
The location is a little far away (45 min) from the main attractions and the road can become a little rough if it rains. The Wi-Fi is not the best, sometimes it was spotty and sometimes it was really slow.
the property was very spacious and clean. the rooms had air conditioning which was nice and a lot of windows for sunlight. the rooftop was beautiful as well and the breakfast was delicious!
