Worst customer service ever, but good location
Pros:

The view is beautiful, amazing location and Vicente is a great cook. Lots of animals/pets around and the pool is refreshing in the heat of the desert.

Cons:

The owners of the place are the most unfriendly and not helpful people ever. They take more than 2h to reply, never answer the calls either. We told them how we were planning on reaching (through Aipe with the bus) and they gave us zero advice, they never told us that it was impossible to reach through there after 6pm as there is only a ferry and no bridge and we were not able to make it that evening to the property. They refused to help or change the dates of our booking and we ended up paying for two nights even though we only stayed for one night. For such an expensive stay, they really are not meeting any expectations and we were overall just frustrated as they did not try to help or be understanding at all. The day after we needed to book a taxi to reach Neiva and again they took over 12h to give us a contact of a taxi service. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Bizarre Hotelanlage mitten in der Wüste.
Pros:

Die Lage mitten in der Wüste ist spektakulär. Man kann schöne Wanderungen zur grauen und roten Wüste unternehmen. Auch das Planetarium Astro Sur ist fußläufig erreichbar. Erholsam war auch der Pool. Nachts kann man den Sternenhimmel beobachten. Frühstück und Abendessen waren lecker.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft an sich ist sehr einfach, improvisiert und in die Jahre gekommen. Urig, aber nicht wirklich schön. Wasser wird nicht gestellt, muss immer gekauft werden. Vergleichsweise teuer.
