La atención de don vicente
Me gustaron mucho las instalaciones en general, la limpieza de las habitaciones excelente, el baño excelente, la cama muy confortable, en si la habitación estaba muy linda. La comida deliciosa, el silencio muy agradable.... Don Vicente es un señor muy amable. !

Das Essen war sehr lecker, tolle Lage, schöne Anlage und super freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter (besonders Vincente ;-)) - immer wieder gern!
Molto suggestivo immerso nella natura e nella pace. Personale attento e gentile, piscina perfetta per contrastare il caldo. Cibo buono e abbondante. Rete per osservare le stelle. Vicinanza al deserto e al punto astronomico.
Mancanza di presa in camera per caricare i telefoni e wifi (solo nelle aree comuni).
Todo estuvo excelente. La atención fue genial y la comida deliciosa. Don Vicente es una persona muy atenta y querida. Recomiendo preguntar por el plan del anillo vial. Es mucho mejor que con las agencias.
The staff were super friendly. Despite the language barrier they did everything to make our stay comfortable.
Getting to the location is a bit out of the way (but that could be a good thing if you're looking for an escape from the city)

La atención muy buena el señor Vicente que es la persona que lo recibe a uno que señor tan amable y jovial muy atento.
El lugar es apartado en el desierto de la tatacoa pero super recomendado esta ubicada cerca del desierto rojo y gris por lo cual se puede hacer los recorridos primero y luego ir a hospedaje.
Don Vicente muy amable, la comida deliciosa, el hospedaje estuvo increíble! Sin duda volveríamos

The facilities and the staff were incredible.
The view is beautiful, amazing location and Vicente is a great cook. Lots of animals/pets around and the pool is refreshing in the heat of the desert.
The owners of the place are the most unfriendly and not helpful people ever. They take more than 2h to reply, never answer the calls either. We told them how we were planning on reaching (through Aipe with the bus) and they gave us zero advice, they never told us that it was impossible to reach through there after 6pm as there is only a ferry and no bridge and we were not able to make it that evening to the property. They refused to help or change the dates of our booking and we ended up paying for two nights even though we only stayed for one night. For such an expensive stay, they really are not meeting any expectations and we were overall just frustrated as they did not try to help or be understanding at all. The day after we needed to book a taxi to reach Neiva and again they took over 12h to give us a contact of a taxi service. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
