Great
Pros:

This charming hotel is a great base for visiting the nearby mountain villages around Interlaken, and staying in a house with so much rich history was an absolute highlight. The host was incredibly friendly and always ready to help, making our stay feel personalized and warm. We also thoroughly enjoyed the excellent Swiss-style breakfast—it was the perfect way to experience the local flavors!

Lage OK zu Fuss 30 min vom Gelände Musikfest, Frühstück OK, andere Restaurant s in der Nähe für Essen

Cons:

Preis Leistung schlecht, Unfreundliches Personal, keine Klimaanlage, Mehrkosten für Ventilator verlangt Spinne in Badewanne, Haare im Lavabo nicht von uns, nicht unbedingt sauber, Kühlschrank stillgelegt........

Schönes Hotel mit gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Ich komme wieder.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, ca. 20 Min. zu Fuss zum Festivalgelände/Flugplatz. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, das Frühstück war klein, aber sehr fein. Im Zimmer war noch eine kleine Küche drin.

Super freundliches und sehr flexibles Personal.
Das Hauptgebäude war sehr schön. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht!
Wir hatten leider Schmutz und Haare im Badezimmer.

Cons:

Habe im Dez 25 reserviert. Sehr kleines Zimmer, Website vermittelt anderen Eindruck.

Viele Gegenstände im Treppenhaus, zusammen mit Teppich sehr viel Staub. Für Allergiker und Asthmatiker wie mich problematisch.

Personal sehr kühl; nennt mei Begtüssung Namen nicht; kein Wortwechsel bei Begegnung. Kein Dank bei Auschecken, keine Nachfrage, ob Quittung erwünscht

Keine PP-Regelung-chaotisch!

Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht!!!

nice experience
Pros:

good area, very satisfied breakfast and good products , big room, good staffs, very nice and quiet area in greenery, near to interlaken and other places to see, has own parking area, has michelin restaurant that you can eat at 1 night

L'hôtel se trouve dans un village très calme, tout en étant à 5 mn à pied de la jolie petite gare qui mène aux sommets et à Interlaken.
L'accueil est très professionnel et très sympathique, dans un bon français.
La propreté des lieux est remarquable.
Le petit déjeuner est réellement exceptionnel avec des produits très variés, de qualité et frais
Nous avons séjourné dans la suite junior (literie très confortable), très spacieuse et agrémentée d'un joli jardin très fleuri, idéal pour les moments de détente après des journées de randonnée en altitude.
