Lovely stay
Pros:

I just love this place. Everything is nice. On the ground floor there’s a restaurant, breakfast is included in the booking, and I tried dinner here, also really nice. The place is super near to Wilderswil station, where you catch the train to Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald, Interlaken Ost, or get on the Schynige Platte train, there’s also bus stop nearby. I got a single room with shared bathroom, the room was spacious for 1 and cozy.

The hotel's location is fantastic; it is very close to the train station, making it easy to get anywhere from there. The hotel itself is nice and features an on-site restaurant. Breakfast was included in the price and was decent enough 👍

However, the hotel staff weren't exactly polite (though certainly not all of them). I was met with a somewhat negative reaction when I asked a few questions during breakfast. Also, when checking out, I wanted to leave my suitcase for just three hours, but they refused, claiming they didn't have the space—even though I feel they could have easily set aside a corner for luggage. Despite this, they wouldn't take my bags. Ultimately, while the hotel itself is nice, interpersonal interactions matter to me; so, I regret to say that I wouldn't stay there again.

Great place to stay in
Pros:

The room was clean and the pictures shown were same as per actual. Staff was friendly and the location is just opposite the train station which makes it even convenient to travel around. First time in Switzerland and this makes me felt great from the start. Overall a cosy place to stay in and the wonderful views.

Pros:

Muy bien comunicado, a 3 minutos andando de la estación de tren y bus.
Aun que los baños eran compartidos estaban muy limpios.

Cons:

Por decir alguna cosa, la cama un poco blanda, pero nada del otro mundo.

Relax puro
Pros:

La ciudad era muy tranquila, lo que nos permitió descansar muy bien, y cerrar un viaje muy movido. Teníamos el desayuno incluido que era con pocas opciones pero suficiente a mi gusto. El balcón con vista a parte de la ciudad y la montaña. eso era un 10! Es una opción linda y mas económica que Interlaken. Como andábamos en auto no nos molesto que estuviera mas alejado del "centro de actividades". El alojamiento te ofrece pasajes gratis de bus para q te muevas. Tienen servicio de comida pago, pero es una buena opción por si no te quieres mover mas del alojamiento.

Cons:

No llegaba bien el Wifi al balcón, pero es un detalle minimo.
