Cons:

You are paying for location, the quality of the hotel is not at all worth the money. The rooms are dated and damp. There is mold on the window frames and in the bathroom. There was a grotty old pair of shower sandals in the bathroom. The windows are so thin you can hear people talking loudly outside at all times of day and night - make sure you have earplugs. At least the fire alarms work - I know because they tested them with no prior warning while I was resting after a big hike

Pros:

The rooms were nice, old style feeling, and the bed was really comfortable. The staff are great - sorry I cannot speak Mandarin and thank you for your help to talk to me in English. Thank you also for in-house breakfast and shuttle bus to bus station - very helpful!

Cons:

No elevator but it's ok, I am strong.

位於旅館區，住樓梯邊也算安靜，早餐好吃，洗澡熱水熱水量大，床舒適被子暖，室內有除濕機，有保溫瓶可以到公共區裝熱水，洗髮沐浴精是用上山採藥。沒乾濕分離，但有防滑墊。

熱水很熱水量大，床舒適、被子很暖，服務人員很仔細的介紹，室內有除濕機。早餐搭配的海山園餐廳很好吃！

Cons:

公共區域的家具有些小發霉但很難解決環境太潮濕。沒電梯，如果帶長輩或大行李可以住1樓。

Value for money was not very good.

The location of the property was very good.

Cons:

The staff was not very friendly and the wifi was not working in our room. In general, it was a good stay but for the price we paid it was dissapointing.

Good location, near the restaurants, visitor center and seven eleven

Cons:

One of the receptionist was rude, rolled her eyes at us, and one time she just sighed at me. I worked as a receptionist myself, so I know I am not the problem! I really underdtand them and try to be as thoughtful as I can.
The other staff were fine but nothing exceptional. The hotel is old, I don't care about that, but it was dirty. When we came, our sheets had a stain on them. We asked the staff to replace the dirty sheet with a clean one. Once we got into the room again, we found out that it was replaced with a sheet that is also stained, the towels that were on the bed were thrown on our luggage, and there were hairs that weren't ours on the sheets and underneath it. The room was dusty, they offered us slippers that are over used by so many guests, it was disgusting. The room is very small. The bathroom's mirror was very rusty. There wasn't any shower curtain. Again, I dont care about stuff being old, but I do expect cleanliness! I didnt complain because I realized with the staff's behavior that they wouldn't care about it. Also we didnt really have no where to go because all the hotels near the park look like that.

Limpio, bien ubicado. Una chica del staff fue super buena onda. El desayuno incluido cumplio nuestras expectativas

Escuchamos ruido alrededor de las 4am fuera del hotel que nos despertó y no nos dejo descansar del todo. Lo encontramos super caro para lo que era, pero se entiende estando en alishan

Cons:

The size and facilities of the room were not what I was expecting for the amount paid. The room was very small and the bathroom did not have a bath or seperated shower, just a showerhead. The included breakfast is also not at the hotel, but at a nearby restaurant which was quite difficult to find.

Standard stay without too many surprises
Pros:

The staff are friendly and offered free shuttle to Alishan bus stop.

Cons:

The location is slightly far from Alishan train station which requires walking down the slippery and steep stairs. Facilities are quite old and the bedside lamps are covered in dust.
