Pros:

A very nice guesthouse in a great location between the castle and downtown. The hostess was very friendly and attentive; for example, she offered us wine as a welcome gesture. Coffee and tea were also available at all times. The breakfast was also very hearty and delicious.

Pros:

Incredibly friendly and hospitable host! Offered me a free wine. The abundance of the breakfast made me feel like I’m the king of Akhaltsikhe! The room is also very clean and the bed is comfortable. Location is 10/10 as well—next to a lot of restaurants and bars, and also right across the Rabati castle.

Cons:

To be honest, there’s nothing I don’t like about this property.

Heb in Georgië niet eerder zulke vriendelijke mensen meegemaakt!
Pros:

De twee eigenaren zijn hartverwarmende mensen en zeer gastvrij. Bij aankomst kregen we zelfgemaakte wijn. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en na het ontbijt kregen we nog een stuk taart. Klein hotel met goede locatie!

Pros:

Breakfast was enormosly big and tasty. Family runninng this business was very hospital and helpful. We really like this place and conditions. Adding very competitive price to that and you have very nice place to stay.

Gastfreundschaft pur
Pros:

Wir wurden mit einem Stück selbstgemachtem Kuchen und einer Flasche Wein empfangen-das sollte nur der Anfang von gelebter Gastfreundschaft werden.
Wir fühlten uns in jedem Moment umsorgt und um jedes Problem wurde sich sofort gekümmert.
Auch das Frühstück ließ keinen Wunsch offen. Wir hätten die ganzen selbstgemachten Köstlichkeiten selbst mit 6 Personen nicht aufessen können.
Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Eindeutige Empfehlung für eine Übernachtung in Akhaltsikhe!

Pros:

The hosts were amazing - the most friendly during our trip in Georgia! They welcomed us and said goodbye in person, they offered home made wine. They are always there to help you. Rooms are very comfortable.

Cons:

There is unpleasant smell from bathroom pipes, but this is literally the only downside. I still recommend this place!

Pros:

The location in the old town near the fortress was great. The room was set up with outlets by the bed. Reading lamp next to the bed. Comfortable common area sitting area. Balcony with view of the fortress. The owners are two of the nicest people you will ever meet. Everything was great.

Cons:

I would normally ding a bathroom for not having a curtain or wall to keep the whole floor from getting wet but that would have ruined the layout of the bathroom. The tile work was very nice.

Una bellissima esperienza per accoglienza, qualità e prezzo
Pros:

Nel pieno centro della città vecchia, proprio sotto il castello. E una guest house con 3 camere e servizi privati. Curata, pulitissima, semplice e due ospiti fantastici che ti accolgono con un super sorriso e mille gentilezze. Tenetevi pronti per la colazione : super!

Cons:

La doccia non separata nel bagno.
